Lovely little charms
Lovely little charms (a piglet, a sewing machine and a spitfire in memory of 3 of my Grandparents). They arrived in a timely fashion and were each in small boxes complete with confetti which I thought was a cute touch.

beautiful charms made and sent with love, (literally!); the sizing on website is accurate and the website itself is easy to navigate through to find your perfect jewellery. the charm i bought was for my pandora bracelet and although it sticks out next to my pandora charms (although it still pairs really well with them!!), i couldn’t care less! it’s the perfect size and the detail the charm on it is astounding!
charm school uk has left a lasting impression on me and i will most definitely be buying from them again! <3

Pretty organza bags
I bought these organza bags to finish bagging up my lavender from last year. They were billed as "medium" size and can't imagine what the small would have been.... but they were just about right for my purpose. Also very pretty, though I'd have preferred a choice of colours - blue in particular! (all other choices were not available). All in all very happy with them. Delivered quickly too.

Please note the dimensions of all of our charms are clearly stated on every listing to avoid confusion for our customers and to give complete information. We always recommend to our customers that they read all the information which is clearly available to them before purchasing.
We are unsure why this customer has left this comment without contacting us first to resolve any disappointment.
The beautiful "Mouse on Corn" charm is one of our top sellers. We are sorry it was unsuitable for this buyer and it was not to her taste. We feel her feedback is unfair and unnecessary.
We have contacted this customer to offer a resolution to her issue and suggested she return to us for a refund. Up to now we have had no response. We are unsure why she has chosen to keep a charm she does not like rather than be refunded.
