Bought a pair of Timberland Pro Reaxion Work Shoes.. Can’t fault Charnwood, the shoes were priced amongst the cheapest I could find, they arrived when expected and they even threw in a pack of 3 Timberland Pro Work Socks for free!!

So i purchased a set of AMBLERS ORCA HYBRID BLACK LEATHER MENS WATERPROOF SAFETY HIKER BOOTS they came but no leather in site and souls totally different yet paid the full price for clear fakes buyers beware

I decided to ring and make my order and I spoke to a really nice and knowledgeable lady who helped me pick the right boots.

Boots (Caterpillar) turned up 25 hours later and fit perfectly. They also came with 3 pairs of CAT socks and a beanie hat for no extra charge.

I will be using them again.

I ordered nine days ago and nothing has arrived. Called them twice with a promise of a call back. It didn’t happen. I have cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere. I certainly would not recommend them

I ordered a pair of dr marten work boots Christmas Eve, received them today. Had a tracking number and received email to say it has been posted out, after placing my order I read some of the reviews, I was unsure whether or not I would receive them but I guess you have to put your trust in people and companies, something could go wrong at the post service or whatever. I would shop here again, thank you for your service karl

Ordered some boots on 23rd December with an expected delivery date of early January and they turned up today on the 24th (so next day delivery) via DPD, super impressed! Thank you :)

Payed for 24 delivery with tracking on Thursday 25/11/2021 at 18:21pm . Sent me a FedEx link with delivery information. So I started chasing the parcel on Monday 29/11/2021, it arrived by APC at 11:41am????. Charnwood sent me a tracking link after it was delivered at 11:56am absolutely shocking customer service

After seeing all the reviews. I started to second guess my choice for getting my new work boots from charnwood footwear. I was wrong my boots arrived the next afternoon without any problems at all. All arrived in good order. I will probably be back when these boot wear out. I cannot fault this company.

Please, please, please do not buy from this company. I ordered new work boots over 5 weeks ago and I am still waiting on delivery. I have emailed numerous times without a response. I have asked for a full refund this has also been ignored. I now have no option but to start a chargeback through my credit card. Absolutely shocking behaviour from what I thought was a reputable company.

I read a lot of the reviews on here and was in two minds about ordering from the company.
My work decided to place the order for the Dr Marten boots for me, this way i wouldn't have many concerns about refunds returns etc if there was an issue as there covered for things like this.

However I placed the order Wednesday and the boots arrived today.
A* service - boots fit like a glove perfect and are true to sizing - good quality and not heavy which is ideal.

I think maybe people can have bad experiences with any company, I however received a good experience.
I ordered what I wanted I did my research on the item for quality and sizing through various other websites and have had no issues with the item or ordering from the company.

Do not order from these cowboys. Blatant robbery! Ordered boots and no sign and no refund. Worst customer service ever! Why are these people not in prison

Seems I’m another victim of Charnwood… Purchased a pair of timberland pro boots, which eventually arrived. Boots lining was stitched incorrectly which meant when laced up an excessive amount of thread dug into ankle bone meaning they couldn’t be worn. Contacted Jane at Charnwood via email. Who arranged a return and exchange for an alternative pair… never received any further correspondence from them after returning the boots.. Emailed a number of times about a replacement or refund and just ignored… original purchase price £120.00

Ordered boots 3/6/21 , not received . I have had to phone everytime to get update. Was told I’d get phone call back , I never did !! I was given a date of 18/7 but they still didn’t arrive. Still have never received an email. I phoned today for a refund and was told I’d re rice confirmation of this , I have not received email . Do not order from them !!

Best to avoid this company. Bought some Dr Martens work boots where the sole split after a few months use. Upon querying this with this company they advised they don't offer any warranty on any footwear and won't help with a replacement. Wouldn't recommend them or Dr Martens either.

Didn’t check reviews before buying, probably wouldn’t have bought from the website if I had. Bought a pair of dr martens site boots. Free shipping which was due to take 4-5 days and even without the 10% discount the boots were the cheapest online. Order turned up next day and the boots are great. Couldn’t be more pleased with the whole order.

Re order 100002732. Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering some Dr Martin’s safety boots for an urgent site visit. Ordered 2 pairs, size 5 & 6 for trying on best fit (£82 each). They arrived no problem. Requested a return, no problem. Sent back the size 6, at my cost (£9). Automated email received on 28.03.21 saying the parcel was received and that I would be notified about the refund. I AM STILL WAITING 1 month later. No correspondence received at all despite polite chasing and messaging via their returns tracking system. Absolutely terrible service so I am hoping this review might prompt the customer service department (if there is one) will get back to me soon. Next stop trading standards. Or should it really be the police who deal with daylight robbery?

Purchased a pair of site trainers 8 weeks ago and have not received a thing yet. I have emailed numerous occasions and phoned a handful of times to chase these up but nothing.

AVOID! These are scam artists. They have taken money and supplied no goods despite their Google ads advert stating next day delivery available. Now contacting bank to arrange a refund.
