Well i am not pleased at all with Chartlia they have repeatedly asked for payment when i paid in full and never received Tommy the biotic dog in November, have tried getting in touch by chat ( no response ) tried telephone that wasn’t answered and now i have been told that they are adding another £5 on to the payment which they say i haven’t paid, i have also tried sorting it out with Klarna but i am not going through that one they said they would send me a new one if i paid £9 for shipplng cost they are underestimating my intelligence .

Ordered an outfit 5 weeks ago still not received now cannot get a reply from them.or a refund don't order from this company

Placed the order and 24 hrs later was told by e mail it was cancelled.

I am very happy with Charrli. There are many vegan products and I love the personalised service. The only suggestion I have is that the customer needs to be able to change the subscription details instead of having to email the company every time you need to tweak the order. But excellent overall for a company bottling many vegan products and then distributing their trademark glass bottles in those cute hessian bags. Lovely idea!

I have been using Charrli since they first opened and was so happy there was someone offering to bring sustainable shopping to my doorstep and help me as I attempt my zero waste journey! I use it mainly for beauty products (the Flawless Toner and Miscellar Water which are both fantastic!) as they are almost impossible to find in other refill stores and am so happy to be able to give back the bottles so that they can be reused. Monica and Chloe are lovely and very helpful and I would recommend Charrli to everybody!

I found Charrli great from the beginning. They answered questions I had promptly, the delivered on time and the products are great. It was really refreshing to deal with a person and not a chatbot. I will be recommending to others.

Charrli is a great service if you want the convenience of a service like amazon but without all the unnecessary packaging / environmental damage. Have all your pantry items restocked from a local zero waste store and delivered by bike.

Love being able to leave out my previous jars/bottles and get credit for them too!

On my first order, something was accidentally left out. I contacted the team by email and somebody from charrli personally walked over to my house the very next day with the missing item. 10/10 for customer service, convenience & product quality too.

I love the glass packaging with environmentally friendly products that actually work! My exercise mat has never smelled so good thanks to the gorgeous yoga mat cleaner.

I ordered some supplies through this company when my local eco shop was out of stock. Although I'm not local to their delivery run, they still helped me out by posting the items, and were extremely friendly and helpful by email too. Delivery was made in fully recycled and recycleable packaging. Would definitely recommend!

Have been purchasing for a few from Charrli and really love their concept and products! Would have given five stars but only downside is they don’t give you a time slot so you know when items are being delivered. So can be hard to be in the house all day to make sure you receive and return stuff ( especially if like me you live in a flat with no concierge and need to buzz people in to get inside building)
