Recently let down, but usually good.
Unfortunately my last purchase wasn't satisfactory as the item photo on their website was not the same as what I recieved, I contacted them & got an apology but that doesn't really resolve the matter in any way for me.
However I have still given 4 stars as I have used Charterhouse for many years & they are usually very good & I would have actually given 5 stars if not for the recent let down.
