The worst experience in purchasing clothing I've ever experienced. The so-called jacket took over a month to be delivered. Upon delivery and inspection in no way does it resemble the image that accompanied the garment at purchase point online. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS BRAND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANYTHING WITH A DEGREE OF QUALITY. Pretty much all you see on their website is likely to be false based on my experience. I've seen parents produce makeshift costumes for local primary school plays with better quality than this jacket. It now resides in the bin ... which is almost too good for it.
MY ADVICE - LEAVE WELL ALONE.

Brought a jacket that was being advertised on fb page and waited 4 weeks for it to arrive. Omg when I opened it I couldn't believe the bad quality and the colour wasn't nothing like what I ordered. I ordered an xl and the size was a small. The jacket was ment to be suade but more like a chamois leather so I'm of to wash the car with it. Please don't buy from this company awful

Same as all the other reviews, I also fell for the Instagram ad, ordered mens brown blazer took ages to arrive and when it did..... short arms, orange instead of brown very poor quality etc etc. Nowhere near as advertised.

Tried to get a refund but have to send to China.

I can't give Zero but DO NOT BUY! Not even close to the advertised items. These aren't even costume standard. Took 3 weeks to arrive and are basically printed nylon. Horrific quality. Appalling. Now trying to get a refund.......

Absolute garbage quality, size, and delivery time. . I nearly lost it laughing at the length of the blazer arms. Caveat emptor is easy after the event. Oh well, my bad. Won’t happen again .

Not the linen fabric I was expecting-polyester and spandex - checking the website today it does not state what the fabric actually is

I fell for the Instagram ad, and the picture of what was quite clearly a linen / cotton blend shirt.

Took 17 days to arrive (from China... chase-london is absolutely misleading) and the garment itself is very cheaply made; 100% polyester; NOT the garment advertised.

This is a scam / a disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

I'll be contacting trade descriptions. And I'll find every post of theirs I can on social media, and warn people not to fall for their false advertising.

This is a complete scam, amazing picture of guy on Facebook wearing a really smart brown blazer & jeans. Ordered a month ago & arrived last few days. It is complete garbage, flimsy material, no style & just made to barely resemble a blazer so they can send you something & try & get around the law. There is no way the model in photo was wearing this trash. Be warned you are being ripped off!!! Also sent from China which explains the delay. I would even begin to wonder how you would return it. I have read elsewhere they insist you pay to send it back to China! Scam scam scam!

Absolutely awful - same issues as many others - waited over 3 weeks, chased multiple times, then when it did arrive the quality was horrendous (nothing like the photo), the product was faulty (3 button holes when there are only 2 buttons, the top one being halfway through the colar, where there would not be a button) and the sizing was totally out - I ordered a M, the item that arrived probably wouldn't even qualify as an XXS! The sleeves barely went past my elbows, and there was no way the jacket would fasten. Still trying to resolve the issue, but it looks like I'm going to struggle to get my money back.

Beware!!!Just like all the other reviews,total scam and rip off!Ordered from a FB ad....when the blazer eventually turned up,three weeks later,looked absolutely nothing like the advertised jacket!Obviously of very poor quality,advertised to be wool but actually 100% polyester.....sleeves ridiculously short.Complained and same result,return and pay for postage to China!How they continue to get away with this is beyond me.Anyway,don't be fooled by the slick ads.

Do not use! Poor quality item bearing little similarity to what was on the website. Tries to make the return as awkward as possible to put customers off. Have reported to both the social media site they advertise on and my credit card company to investigate.

Shirts delivered two weeks after order were poor quality, certainly not the linen advertised. So plasticky I fear they will self combust. Total con.

I can’t believe this company can get away with advertising something totally different to the things they actually send out. This is deception and false advertising.

I purchased a men's cord jacket from this company, what turned up was an ill fitting, short armed, thin and smelly jacket which cost me £50.

When I attempted to gain a refund, I was offered a discount twice, then at my cost, to send it back to China (even though they call themselves a London company) to receive my refund with a warning it may get caught up in customs, all strategies to ensure you walk away.

Please, please do not waste your money on this company, it is extremely poor quality, takes weeks to arrive then disappointment when you realise you've been duped

ABSOLUTE SCAM...DO NOT USE!! I ordered what looked like a decent men's jacket. Turned up and was an absolute joke of an item. Really cheaply and badly made and the sizes are all wrong. You have to pay to return to China in the hope of getting a refund which I doubt will ever appear. Or, you pay them 30% of the item value for an exchange!! Why would anyone want an exchange when the clothing is absolute trash?! This is a Chinese scam outfit, not a London fashion company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The quality is fancy dress -except it doesn’t fit.
Straight to the bin.
