Chase London 

I wish these reviews were available when I ordered in March. Cheap rubbish from China that make out they are based in London. Tried to get a refund but they are refusing and offering me 15% off future purchases, as if I would do that

This company is based in China. They advertise as London. I bought a shirt for £38 that was supposed to be linen - it is not - it is awful. Nowhere when I bought it does it say that returns are sent to China. When I tried to return they offered 20% refund to save with the return costs - this is outrageous! I thought I was buying from a London Company because they are called and advertise as CHASE LONDON - I wish I had read the other reviews.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Chase London is in China 😂 - got a blouse for £38 that looked good quality on the Website and was absolute tat - had far better from Shein. Told I could return tracked at my own expense for a refund - not to London but to China. The cost of returning to China tracked is more than the blouse. It’s turned out to be an expensive duster! Totally misleading and misselling. Complete rip off! Going to report to Trading Standards and to Shopify who you can pay through. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY

Scammers. This is a cheap factory in China that is pretending to be a posh London based business. They are not!!

The Stars speak for themselves! I didn’t look here before ordering. If you are more fortunate and have done so please avoid like the plague. There are no positive reviews at all - I can see why now! Really sad

Company has put stated in an email that they will not adhere to uk distance selling regulations when I tried to cancel my order within a short time of placing. (When I realised I had been had). They emailed me the following day when I complained and stated uk law, to say they would not cancel the order. 10 minutes later they fulfilled the order. This means they could very easily have accepted my request to cancel. They say they are in london but the payment has now been taken from a company based in Amsterdam. They also state that any returns need to be sent to Asia on their website at the customers cost.

Absolutely shocking, complete scam, rubbish product, cheap tat, will NOT REFUND, DO NOT BUT FROM THEM

A complete con. Do not buy from this company. Jacket nothing like the website photo, and v poor quality and sizes are all wrong. Took weeks to arrive and they are then v difficult about allowing refunds etc.

Do not buy. Quality is shocking and item is absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Cheap tat that is not worth even a fiver.

Just avoid this company. Clothing is not worth what they charge. Be prepared to wait weeks for delivery if you do order as Clothing comes from China. Rubbish

Took 4 weeks to arrive. Very poor quality, sizes are all wrong and not as stared, fabric awful cheap nylon, leather jacket is NOT leather! Will never buy from them again.

Worst quality ever. Not located in London so be aware that this is cheap crap. Very customer unfriendly return policy. Would never order again. Product was supposed to be a linen mix .. it's polyester and spandax. Never again.

This company is not from London, it is from Asia, delivery was late, over 2 weeks to deliver, sizes are all wrong, both clothes and footwear, to return you must pay returns and it goes back to Asia.

The company is actually in China not Uk
The product is poor, the sizes are totally wrong
Delivery is 3-4 weeks
They refuse to refund unless you ship it back to China. I would expect if you were to ship it back you still wouldn't receive a refund

Complete con .Trying find out about my jacket ordered Tuesday last week and no info .These are not UK as shows chinese shipping!!! Still shows as “processing” but should have shipped within 48 hrs and won’t refund . Do not use !!!!!
