Amazing service, very helpful and welcoming made me feel right at home

We had the pleasure of visiting Chase Direct recently whilst visiting Manchester. We were warmly greeted by Amrik, who encouraged us to try any guitar we liked! I ended up trying a lovely Tanglewood guitar which was a very reasonable price and in excellent condition. The same can be said for the majority of the stock, and there were some very unusual items too! The only reason I didn’t leave with the guitar is because we couldn’t travel home with it.

I left the shop with a strap and a key ring, which was a gift from Amrik. I would strongly encourage any guitar/music enthusiasts to visit Chase Direct, and explore the wide range of instruments the store has to offer.

Honestly the guy that runs this shop is a legend, rang on a Saturday evening at 7pm on the off chance someone was still in the shop doing paperwork as was trying to get a lead for a band playing a charity event at the venue next door due to start at 7:30, the owner was driving home but stopped to answer, turned around and met me at the back door just in time to save a young band's reputation, gig started on schedule. Total dude!!!

Very friendly and relaxed independent music shop. Service was personal, I loved that I was asked my name and the owner called me by it as we chatted and he advised me on guitar strings and cappo. This will be my new regular place.

Amazing music shop, mostly has guitars, but a selection of other instruments such as basses, banjos, xylophones and violins. I found it accidentally and cannot recommended enough for those who want to start playing an instrument or already own instruments. Very friendly and nice staff as well!

Walked into the Chase Direct store in Manchester on a whim with my fiancé and was greeted by the owner Amrik immediately. I was impressed with how clean and well stocked the store was as I made my way around looking at all the guitars. I was unfamiliar with the brands of guitars and so was a bit skeptical at first, but I found a very nice looking Chase guitar hanging in the back. I was invited to try it out by Amrik and so I plugged in and played for about an hour. I was very impressed with the instrument. We left and I couldnt stop thinking about the guitar. A few days later I went back and purchased it (great price!) and now after playing the guitar for about a week I can tell anyone whom might be curious as to the quality of these instruments that Im even more impressed with the craftsmanship and performance. The guitar holds its tune so well its shocking, especially considering how I have really been putting it through the paces. The owner was so nice and helpful, too. So, if you are wondering if these very affordable instruments are worth it, take it from a happy customer that they are. Ive owned many name brand guitars, been playing for 30 years. BUT, dont just take my word that they are worth it, go in and play one for yourself. I am so glad I did. Thank you, Amrik!

Brilliant customer service following a purchase through eBay of a piano stand for a Yamaha stage piano. The model supplied was a better one than I expected so the value for money was excellent. Highly recommended!

Just picked up a Tanglewood guitar which is perfect for what I need it for. The staff are really friendly and got me everything I needed. The have an excellent selection of guitars that will please both beginners and aficionados. Highly recommended.

I went to the store to purchase a piano and the store manager helped me to get a perfect piano for me.

The store is having a nice piano department which is well maintained and consist of several Pianos to 'PLAY and EXPERIENCE' from leading manufacturers of the industry.

I went to check violin for a beginner. Amrik was the one who attended us with warm welcome and listened the requirement from me. Once he got the requirement from me he show cased the violin I am looking for. He got sound knowledge on music and musical instrument.
