These guys were amazing. They were the best price I could find for the digital piano I was after. I gave them a call and placed an order shortly after. The delivery timing and planning was perfection. I love the piano and spend far too long on it.

We are losing some amazing local music shops up and down the country, and I’ve got to say, every time I go into Chase Direct I’m always warmly greeted, and offered a great and professional service. With a beautiful variation and display of guitars, Chase Direct is one of my favourite places to visit in Manchester- not only for the great selection of instruments and accessories, but also for the polite and genuine nature of the owner, Amirk. I’m sure I’ll be visiting again soon!

We received a warm welcome, arriving with my family to look at guitars. My wife and daughter were offered seats and I was encouraged to try out the guitars. Excellent service. Helpful and knowledgeable advice from Amrik. And a great selection of guitars.

An excellent shop, packed with instruments to suit all budgets. The music books we bought were a good price and the staff were friendly and informative. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have just got home from this shop. It's a very nice shop and the proprietor was very helpful, he wasn't 'pushy' and he let us try out the guitars without standing over us. He also gave us good advice and we bought a very nice guitar at a reasonable price.
Would recommend.

Bought a guitar from here in 1982 and it's still going strong. A single shop now but packed to the rafters with all sorts of affordable guitars and equipment. Run by the same guy Amrik for at least the last 30 years. He's a really nice friendly bloke. What he doesn't know about guitars ain't worth knowing. He'll get you sorted out whatever your budget.

A guitar haven in the heart of Manchester with a huge soul. Walking in felt special. We were met with huge warmth and knowledge. Could have spent the whole afternoon there.

This is the first guitar shop I've been to where the people working in the shop actually want you to play their guitars and try their stuff before you buy.
Amrik let me play 2 different guitars with no pressure to purchase anything. Purely just to give me a good customer experience.
I will definitely be back to actually buy one of their guitars next time ;)
