Company kept in touch regarding delivery, arrived on time and just as item was described.

Order cancelled because the order said delivery in 3 days , but the company said dispatch in 5 days totally misleading.

Good quality ladder, but not so good with response to questions on delivery and other info.

Purchased a roof ladder with a two to three-day delivery after a full week i hade to phone these people up to find out where it was, I was informed it had not been sent out yet, when the managing director got involved it was sent out two days later, when it arrived there were nuts and washers missing they got sent out the next day, that's why I gave only three stars, they came good in the end and very pleasant to speak to on the phone.

Excellent company to deal with providing a great product. I have purchased three sizes of step ladder from Chase. They are worth every penny, being well made and solid. On my last purchase Chase called me to clarify a point about the unit that was not mentioned as an option on the web site. I like this approach and would recommend Chase Ladders to anyone.

Delivered on time and good communication
Not used the ladder or assembled it yet owing to bad weather but it appears to be well constructed

Enquired if spare non-standard bolts and wingnuts were available for some we lost from our aging but still perfectly sound surveyors ladders, and were sent some FOC in post - couldn't ask for better service.

Good delivery time, well packaged/stripped down to prevent damage. The quality of the ladder is to a very high standard even to the ease of strip down thought the supply of wing nuts on some bolts. As an ex-Firefighter more than happy to recommend.

Had my first go with the Dockstar from Chase Ladders today. Can’t recommend it enough. Professionally built, super light and strong, very stable, and the secondary platform makes it easy to just run off the end without worrying about your wing hitting the ladder legs. Great company as well, were fast to replace it when it came damaged by DHL the first time.

BTW I’m located in Florida, so they do ship internationally.

Good communication at the order stage. Unfortunately, 2 stars have been lost for the following QA issues; 1. A misaligned hole for a bolt meant I had to purchase a drill bit and redrill the assembly to realign the holes, so the bolt would pass through two separate components of the ladder. 2. Two bolts and two locking nuts were missing from the fittings pack. I did not report either of these issues back to the company as I could not wait for them to resolve, I resolved the issues myself the same day.
