We had an excellent experience with this travel agency from start to finish.What stood out most was their reliability. Every detail: local tours and transportation—was handled with care and precision. There were no surprises, and everything ran exactly as planned, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy the trip.
They were also incredibly dependable. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, they responded quickly and helpfully. It gave us real peace of mind knowing we had support, even while traveling abroad.

I did a two week private tour of southern Colombia, the lesser visited areas than Bogota, Cartagena or Medellin. It was organized by Chaska Tours in Colombia. Expensive and worth it. My guides were clear (English), knowledgeable, patient and flexible. Our drivers were experienced, careful, safe and considerate. The cars were clean and in good condition. The hotels were very good, varying from adequate family pension (the best available) through 4*, from just fine with pretensions to uniquely heaven (and I wish to return). Chaska Tours is so thorough that I have asked them to organize another bespoke tour for me.

My program was varied, informative, enjoyable, exhausting, relaxing, and way above my expectations.

We have spent an extensive amount of time investigating options for our trip to Colombia. Thankfully, we connected with Michael and he has been amazing to work with! He took the time to read our comments and requests, asked thoughtful questions, and prepared an incredibly detailed itinerary that captured all of our needs.

He did additional research to find the right kinds of fishing trips for us, he found the cultural experiences we were looking for, and he provided photos to help us "see" the different options available for some accommodations on a remote adventure offered.

There was a lot of back-and-forth communication, and he was patient the whole way through! These trips are once-in-a-lifetime adventures for us, and having such a patient and trustworthy person helping us map everything out gave us great peace of mind.

We were two seasoned couples embarking on our first journey to Colombia at the beginning of 2024. We selected Chaska, a travel agency in San Augustin, for our two-week trip. This decision turned out to be exceptional, as Chaska's communication, expertise, integrity, and efficiency were immediately apparent.

From the initial planning stages to execution and real-time management on the ground, this was the best travel agency we have encountered in our three decades of traveling. They provided the best value for money among all the agencies we considered, kept within our budget, and gave excellent itinerary recommendations. Their honesty and focus on our needs were so impressive that we confidently left the planning in Chaska's hands, assured they had our best interests in mind. This became particularly evident during the trip.

Even though we didn't speak Spanish, Chaska managed everything flawlessly: from domestic flights and seat arrangements to sending boarding passes, daily communication, and handling our preferences. Our agent was always accessible and cheerful, with attention to detail that surpassed all expectations.

The experiences, guides, and schedules provided were outstanding. Our tour guides frequently commented that Chaska's offerings were far superior to those of larger agencies. Highlights included our stays in Medellin, Salento and the Cocora Valley, Cartagena, and Bogota – especially the catered meals and the fruit market tour, both made exceptional by a dedicated team.

With numerous travel agencies available for trips to Colombia, my recommendation is to save your time, energy, and money. Skip the listings and micromanagement – Chaska Tours is an excellent choice. You will not be disappointed.
