Absolute worst experience I've ever had with online ordering. I ordered 2 vinyl records from this site, in August of 2024... Those are now delayed until JUNE of 2025. One of which had finished production within the first weeks of ordering. I've reached out multiple times only to be told that my order cannot be changed, refunded, or cancelled despite not shipping for nearly a YEAR of waiting. Per they're own article regarding cancellation: "We are able to cancel orders as long as they have not been packed and shipped yet (unless otherwise stated on the product page.)" There is no description on either product page that these records could not be cancelled. Absolute scam of a company. Do not buy. Save yourself an incredible amount of time and just order secondhand.
