While they do stock new and used parts which might be scarce, the only drawback or complaint that I have is that if you spend the extra money for expedited (Not Overnight! $$$) they will simply ship your order by UPS ground shipping and keep the extra money that you paid and give you the excuse that "They have no control over shipping" ...It's kind of a ripoff!
