It took 15 working days to deliver the product and I have received non UK version of the product. I was forced to buy travel adaptor which costs aditional £6.99, which is resulting in not too much saving compare to Amazon which will deliver product on time. Avoid CHATANDVISION ltd like plague if you are from UK.

I am very pleased with service management.

After promptly receiving a faulty phone, ChatandVision's troubleshooting via email was extremely poor - they did not appear to be reading my descriptions of the fault and did not properly engage me.

They defaulted then to either refunding or replacing the unit.

I returned the item at my expense only to find they could not reproduce the fault I experienced.

After sales customer care continues to disappoint.

They have my money, I have no phone, the only other thing I'd give them is a piece of my mind and a written complaint.

Only thing, that is fast here, is the autorespons, when you send a mail.
And the withdrawel of funds from your creditcard.

Everything else is slow and not up to the standard, you would expect from a registered Skype-partner !
Waited weeks longer than the promised delivery date.....and then only one of the two items showed up.
Again weeks of waiting before the last showed up....although both items were in stock !
Not at any point was it possible to get information bout an expected date of delivery....very poor service !

Note, that they do not have an adress or a phonenumber to use for contact.

Also note the latest streak of reviews....looks very much like fake profiles to me. Only one review each....

Very good value. Ordering was easy and item was delivered very quickly, with no problems.

Ordering with ChatandVision via web-page was quick and easy. Delivery was quick as well. I would place an order again with this company and also recommend them to others.

Brought an iPad2 at the best price I could find on the Net from Chat & Vision in addition I qualified for a free pair of £20 headphones, making it a great buy.
Every step of the way C&V provided excellent communication replying quickly to any questions I emailed. They are working hard to achieve the highest customer service.
Why not five stars? Given the item was shown in stock delivery took over a week but to be fair this was within the period they quoted.

Excellent service. I could really appreciate the fast answer on my emails.
I had some questions about way of delivery and where and when my parcel would arrive. In those situations it is nice to receive quick answers.

i really appreciate this seller because they care about security and they have a very good customers service and fast shipping in the US, and the product is well as described in the site (i bought a RTX3088 skype phone)...
i will always buy from.

Why excellent rating? It is just that simple - I ordered dualphone, got it the next day, unpacked - it worked OK, got the mail from chatandvision if everything is working properly.
No big surprise everything ran so smoothly just as it should. But hey - isn't this a good reason for excellent rating?

Excellent service and delivery

Order (a Skype dual phone) arrived promptly with everything working. A good experience.

Recently made a purchase from this company on their website. Was very anxious to know when my order would arrive so after 2 days I sent them an e-mail to ask about the status as I hadn't received any details notifying me of dispatch. I received a quick reply from them and informed me that my order was actually being dispatched that day. Shortly after received a dispatch e-mail with the tracking information. No regrets ordering with them.

ChatandVision is a great place for good deals, fast delivery, quality products, and great service. What else can I say? I saw a web camera at a good deal and went to the website and found an even better one at half the original price. Plus, they upgraded my shipping so that I received my web camera in 2 days from date of purchase. And that was with international shipping. The web cam itself is outstanding quality and since I upgraded my Skype I can have multiple video connections at the same time (video conferencing).

Received EasyChat306 headset very promptly had a couple of issues with pc software and bluetooth connectivity to mobile phone,resolved pc issue myself and Stephanie from C&V gave clear and simple advice regarding pairing to sort other.
The issues were to blame on Windows7 and my ineptitude but the overall buying experience was excellent as was support would not hesitate to reccomend to others.

I bought a webcam from ChatandVision after I did some searching around and saw that they seemed to be connected to Skype. I figured that if Skype was supporting them, then there couldn't be any harm in placing my order with them. The delivery was fast and the price was good. I wouldn't mind buying from them again if the need arises.
