Tyson is a great agent!
Tyson was helpful, honest, and kind. He helped me book the same flights I had been trying to buy through Expedia (to no avail) since yesterday. There seems to be a bit of a bait and switch happening with airline flights, apparently at the hands of the airline companies. Good travel agents are good at dealing with this market and finding flights for their customers. Tyson is a great agent. Thanks, Tyson!

travel booking service
For a travel service, it is meh. I love the deal I got through them but they require a confirmation before even booking. The person who contacted me didn't speak english well. Honestly, should've cancelled than. They than split my family booking up without explanation, which makes any issues harder to handle. Because when they split up the booking, the DOB and citizenship was all wacky. Thanks to SHANIA in customer service who got it all sorted out for me! You rock and deserve 10 stars!
