Total scam of a company. Accidentally created subscription, emailed them immediately to cancel and refund, they denied refund.

Horrible company with deceptive advertising. I thought I was signing up for Claude ai but it was chatly. Contacted customer service for a refund and they refused to accommodate even though I never used their service.

The site is full of bugs, barely works, and they still refuse to refund a clearly broken service. Zero support, zero honesty.

Avoid this scam website. Don’t waste a single dollar here.

Total scam company. Beware. The only thing this company is good at is sneakily masquerading as other legitimate AI firms and taking your money. They have totally refused to refund me even though UK law specifies a 14 day cooling off period for online purchases of this nature. Do not use and certainly don’t upload files to their platform.

Total scam. The product couldn't tally the number of survey responses in a CSV file. Because I tried several times, I exceeded the number of tries to get a refund. I went back and forth with them in email several times and they kept wanting me to get on the phone with their customer service folks to teach me to use the product "correctly"

It’s utterly useless and is practically a scam. Not only do they trick you into buying it, they dishonor their refund policy.
Stay away. It’s a scam.

Please stay away; they are masquerading as other AI platforms in their marketing campaign, making it easy to mistake them and purchase their service. Afterward, they won't respond or refund your money. Additionally, they will store your data. Stay away!

Total scam. Does not respond to refund tickets. Cant even upload a .py file. Extremely slow and unusable. I feel like they stole 45 usd from me...

Total scam. Dubious marketing practices whereby they create logos similar to legitimate AI platforms and pay for their platform to appear before the real thing in google search results. They won't refund. Their refund "policy" is basically not to refund at all. The only thing worse than signing up for this predatory system would be to actually use it and give it your info.

Never buy - cheaters. Just wants your money.

Was tired, searching "ChatGPT upgrade" on Google late at night – their fake ad showed up FIRST, looking 100% like the real OpenAI site. Shiny logos, promises of "Grok 4 + Claude 3.5 + GPT-4o unlimited" for cheap yearly price. I paid $90 thinking I was upgrading my real account.

I want to subscribe to Claude and Chatly's ads mislead me to their site. When I realized my mistake, I ask for à refund immediately, respecting the 12 days delay of their refund policies.
They don't agreed to my request, because this was my mistake.
Stay away from Chatly.

Garbage platform. The company obviously advertises in a way that makes it look like you’re buying ChatGPT, and even pays for google advertising to put their product at the top of the list. People wonder why the world is such an angry place, it’s business like this. We bought a 1 year subscription on accident because we thought it was ChatGpt, contacted the company immediately but they refuse to refund our money. Tried using the product and it’s just garbage. Stay away.

After testing, the concept is great, but the level of AI realiation is worse. I paid a three-month subscription of 50 dollars because of programming tasks. But the results, if you getting one (many error messages without any result), are worse. Very important: They don´t want to pay the money back. This is against EU law. This is not acceptable and the policies I don´t care. Warning!

This company copies ChatGPT’s look to mislead people. I thought I was buying the real ChatGPT, but it was not. I asked for a refund right away, well within the 14-day EU consumer protection period

They acknowledged my request but then completely ignored all follow-ups. No refund. No proper support. Just silence.

This is dishonest, misleading, and predatory behavior. I never used their service and yet they kept my $90.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Chatly / Vyro LLC at all costs. In my opinion, this is nothing but a scam operation hiding behind a chatbot service.

I’ve encountered constant issues with this service. Here are just a few of the most frustrating ones:

Subscription incompatibility: If you purchase a subscription via the website, it won’t carry over to the mobile app.

Link and attachment issues: These frequently fail to work as expected.

No way to save favorite agents: A basic feature that’s inexplicably missing.

Poor user interface: Long conversations become nearly unusable—even on high-end hardware like an Apple M4 with 48GB of RAM.

Frequent disruptions: Problems occur almost daily, whether due to upstream issues or not.

Unexpected sign-outs: The app signs you out randomly, adding to the frustration.

These are just the issues I can recall offhand. Overall, the experience has been unreliable and frustrating. I’ve unsubscribed and wouldn’t recommend it.

The entire setup of their website is designed to imitate ChatGPT. It's easy to get misled, as I did initially, but I still gave it a chance to see how it worked. However, be aware that it often pushes back your requests by stating deadlines like "it'll be ready within the next 24-48 hours." In summary, I highly advise staying away from this website.

I did not knowingly sign up for this app and I cannot find the route to cancel. Total fraud!!!
