I was long overdue for a haircut and had a great experience. Nima was very knowledgeable and I felt confident in fully trusting him. He knew what style of cut would work for me before I even told him. I loved how my hair turned out and now I’m all ready for my professional headshot.

Deceitful
I do not appreciate being lied to. Prior to going to Chatters, I called asking what the total cost would be for a re-colour, cut and set for short hair. I was told $135 plus taxes. My invoice states $112 for colour (short), $47 for cut and set (short) PLUS a $3 charge for Green Circle Fee...total cost $162 plus taxes NOT $135 plus taxes...$27 more. When I questioned these prices I was told that it depended on the "level" that the stylist has, was told there are 3 levels. Really? Is the #3 stylist less experienced, less competent? I was NOT offered a choice, nor was I told about the GCF. Chatters is deceitful and I will never return. I will say that Marta did a good job on the cut, not so well on the colour.

Nima is great!
Nima had his work cut out for him as my hair was over processed and in need of a good cut. He was fabulous! Nima meticulously coloured, high lighted and treated my hair, all the while explaining how to keep my hair healthy. Honestly, my hair hasn't looked this great in years!

Make Green Circle Fee an option!
I would have given full stars, but the $3 Green Circle Fee being mandatory was a bit disappointing. I feel it would be better if this fee were optional, as it allows customers to choose whether to participate.

The staff listens to what you want and the make suggestions based on their expertise
the location in Barrhaven is perfect with lots of parking.
The shelves are stocked with every product available.
The front line staff were quick to greet me with a happy and professional manner. Kathy listened to my hair story with concern. She then asked one of the hair specialists to have a look at my hair and make some suggestions. I made an appointment and my hair was given a treatment to correct another salons disaster. I was also given suggestions on products that would help my fragile hair. 5 star service. Thank You

Great cut
Came in after getting a really bad haircut over at MA studio, where the look was really questionable. After 10 mins in Waheelr care, my hair was looking great again and restored my looks
