Very very disappointed
I came into the salon with a photo of what wanted, which was very much what I had but grown out, showed it to the stylist who proceeded to do what she wanted. I asked questions and got yelled. I was told she’s been doing this for many many years and she knows what she’s doing. I decided to not speak up to avoid further conflict. My hair looked nothing like the photo but rather dull and lifeless. I left not wanting to make a scene. I returned the follow day to have it fixed by another stylist. She confirmed my hair looked nothing like the photo…it was dull and looked like she only used low lights. The 2nd stylist tried to fix, but it was still no where near as vibrant as I had wanted. Complete waste of my money and time.

I asked for certain layering
I asked for certain layering. Showed a picture. She clearly only knows how to do the token basic. Along with the style didn’t even ask. I wish she would have been honest and admitted to not knowing how - clearly about the sale. The colouring was fine. Now I’ve wasted the money on the cut and my hair is shorter and will be difficult to get what I wanted.

This was my first time at Chatters and loved it absolutely.
