First time in this salon
First time in this salon, for a haircut. The stylist, Hawzhin, was courteous, listened and did a good job. I appreciate that she gave me her undivided attention throughout my appointment and gave many recommendations without pushing anything on me. Will go there again.

Didn't end up with what I wanted...
The stylist was very pleasant to work with, however my hair fell flat within the hour from my appointment... I have naturally curly hair and was told to come with it washed and dried without product. My hair was blown out straight before attempting to do the waves I had requested. Not sure if that was the cause but my hair didn't look anything like I had requested and within the hour after I left, some of my hair was straight again. Unfortunately since I was on a tight schedule, I couldn't go back to get it fixed.

Alina is the best
I recently had a haircut at chatters hair salon with Alina, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had here in Toronto! I no longer feel the need to wait until I'm back in Greece for a great cut. The layers look absolutely beautiful, and I’m in love with my new bangs. Alina also shared some fantastic hair care tips and recommended products that I can’t wait to try out. I have never been before. Stepped in the store in mall to browse products - saleswomen was so friendly. Welcomed me - pointed out that they cut hair - last minute decision to get my haircut - stylist was available - helpful and did a great job.
