Went in for foils
Went in for foils. Had a coupon for 25% off hair dresser knew. Asked about the other promo of 50%off hair treatments and said is the hair treatments 50% off she said yes we could do one. Went yo cash out and the 50% wouldnt work and then was told that you cant use both discounts. Well that would have been nice to know before I spent $50 on a hair treatmrnt. Also dont you get a free full product sample when you get service at chatters. I asked and i got 2 small packs of some crew sample

Hawhzin provided a wonderful experience for my baylayage, cut and style + hair treatment. It was so soothing I was falling asleep, and She was also great company during my appointment! I could tell she has a passion for her work.

Hair Balayage
had the pleasure of receiving a service from Hawzhin the hairstylist at Fairview Mall. I went there for a hair colour appointment. Hawzhin was very communicative of the procedure and the items/products that she is using on my hair thereby I knew what she was putting on my hair. She has a very pleasant personality, was very focused on the procedure and it really shows her Yeats of experience! For the hair service, she gave me a balayage, I loved the hair colour and how it turned out, I asked for a face-framing balayage, and that is exactly what she delivered. I also had mentioned to not touch my roots and she delivered seamlessly. I’m very happy with my experience. I will definitely be coming back to Hawzhin at the Fairview Mall branch, thank you Hawzhin!

Booking dates
On December 14, 2024, I scheduled an appointment for my daughter’s haircut for January 5, 2025. However, when I arrived at the salon, I discovered that the appointment was not made and was not with the hair stylist I had requested. I was informed that I had been booked on January 4, 2025 and I was a no show.
At the time of the booking on December 14, 2024, I was not informed that the booking would not be finalized immediately due to an unavailable schedule. It was scheduled to be booked the following business day.
I received emails indicating that the appointment had been booked and then canceled. I called the salon to confirm that everything would be resolved.
As I approached the salon on the day of the appointment, I found it unusual that I had not received any reminders.
Upon arriving at the salon, I discovered that the booking had not been made to what I informed. I did made a reminder for myself. The receptionist on Sunday was unfriendly and did not offer any apologies.
I have an upcoming appointment in June and hope that the booking process will be handled more efficiently and professionally in the future.

Haircut and Treatment
The salon was clean and had bright lights everywhere. Check in was easy, they ask you if you would like tea/coffee before seating you to a station. Sophia was extremely knowledgeable in the products available and had attention to detail when consulting what I wanted for my hair. Thank you, hope to come back again for another service!

I just wanted to take a moment to share the joy of my recent hair appointment! After surviving six months of a rather unfortunate haircut from somewhere else, I finally decided to treat myself to a much-needed refresh—and what a lovely experience it turned out to be.
From the moment I booked my appointment, the process was smooth and seamless, making me feel welcomed before I even arrived. When I walked through the door, I was greeted by an amazing team that was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my hair dreams come true.

I went to Chatters via a recommendation from 3 other friends. I couldn’t book an appointment at my usual salon for a last minute cut so I decided to try this place out. I got an appointment with Roqia and she did such an amazing job. She asked what I needed done and conversed about my worries about postpartum hair loss and how best to take care of it. She breathed life and volume back into my hair; my hair looked and felt so healthy walking out of the salon. I definitely recommend Roqia for layers and handling long type 3 hair.
