Do Not Go To This Salon
Terrible experience with Emma. I have been growing my hair out for 2 years to be able to donate it.
Despite telling Emma before the haircut that I do not want too much to be cut and that I am growing out my hair, she decided to cut off half of my hair. Even when I interrupted her while she was cutting excessively, she did not stop to listen and continued chopping it off. Guess I will have to wait an additional 2 years to grow it back out.

Highly recommend Devon
Devon was great, she was very knowledgeable, gave me advice and answered all my questions. Would have been a 5 star review but the hour wait was a lot for service with an appt even with the line wait discount.

Hair Trauma
My haircut didn’t match what I asked for. I thought the stylist was going to do a small trim but she ended up cutting more than 1 inch of hair. I didn’t agree to cut off that much length and now I need to wear my hair in a ponytail until it grows back to the desired length, AND i didn’t even get the fringe/bangs I requested.

Great experience with Hawzhin
So I went to get my hair done with Hawzhin in this salon. I got there a bit late couldn’t find the salon, but she was very kind and still did my hair. My hair was super dry and frizzy with so many different colours shades, but she evened the colour tone perfectly and did a great style on my hair. My hair is curly, she thought me how to get a perfect curl and she gave my some products that suits my hair. I have been back to her two more times and can’t wait to go again. Such a clean salon I had a great experience. Everyone were so kind.

THEY DON’T LISTEN TO YOUR REQUEST
This is my second time in their salon and oh god,IM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM
my first time was me getting the wolf hair cut and yeah she was nice and stuff but she did not give me the look I wanted because she was insisting that with my curly hair that would look too short, anyways i did liked the whole thing so I did not say anything but after 1month my hair are back to exactly how they were(she didn’t cut them at all),and im sad because I would like it to be different for a while but she didn’t,and my second time coming to get bangs done,i told her that need them above my glasses and she said no😭😭😭like girl what?? That’s my hair and i want it short so what is that insistence 😭😭
I love my bangs but not the shape I wanted
That’s wired sooooo much wired
And im not a type of person to ruin everyone day
So IM just leaving a review,hope they fix it
AND YEAH,I won’t come back as im dissatisfied.

Super helpful and friendly staff
Super helpful and friendly staff. Genuinely caring. The manager clearly supports and builds her team. Everyone offered help with product but weren't pushy, which made me willing to spend a lot more. It also felt high end, and knowledgeable without making me feel like I don't belong-very inclusive and positive vibe! I don't know the manager's name, but if I did I'd give her a huge shout out.
Deby was my daughters stylist, and she did an amazing job.
The two ladies who helped me with products were amazing, the only feedback I would give is have them tell their names so I coukd say who they are in this review!
