Tabby took the extra time to specialize my service and I even got a hand massage while I waited for my hair treatment. She is always professional and kind when I visit the salon.

Disappointed & Rushed
A little disappointed today. Service seemed rushed. I had scheduled for a full head of foils and a hair cut. I really love the stylist and drove over an hour to get the the appointment today. On top of that I’ve been trying since Christmas to get in to see her on a weekend. However, upon sitting in the chair I told her I had wanted highlights-“ I needed a change”. She told me she loved my hair color and I didn’t need it. Disappointed by this to say the least. The hair cut is good … but I was looking forward to the pampering I had booked 3+ hours for and was in and out in 48 mins. To top it off there was a guy standing over my stylist shoulder watching the entire time which made me feel super uncomfortable.

The staff was welcoming
The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. They listened carefully to my preferences and provided helpful suggestions based on my hair type. The stylist took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Mind blowing experience ♥️ if I could, I would have posted a picture too. It was so good.

Best Hair Salon I've Been To!
They were all so nice and welcoming and my hair came out amazing! i had very dyed and uneven hair color and by the end of my amazing treatment it was all a gorgeous dark red color, it looked better than i imagined it to! Thankful to whoever helped and the amazing or gorgeous woman who did my hair! she was amazing!

Worst service
Absolutely Terrible Experience – Never Going Back!
I had the worst experience at this salon and would not recommend it to anyone.The stylist barely listened to what I wanted and seemed more focused on chatting with their coworkers than on my hair. When I pointed out that the cut and color were not what I asked for, they became defensive and blamed me for not being clear. The final result was a complete disaster – uneven layers and a color that didn’t even match the swatch they showed me.
To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager was dismissive and refused to offer any sincere apology. The overall attitude was unapologetic and unprofessional.
I left feeling completely disrespected and frustrated. Save yourself the time and money – go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers.

JoHannah's service was great!
Having JoHannah again for a stylist was great. She was super friendly and her expertise and skills showed through as she understood what I wanted and gave me a great cut! The booking process online was convenient and easy to navigate too.
