Yesterday was my first experience at Chatters. I had an appointment with Rebecca M. She asked questions about what I was looking to do with my hair and listened. I left with a new style and the confidence be able to do several different looks myself at home.
I've been drifting from stylist to stylist for 4 years since my longtime stylist left the profession. I haven't had an experience like today in so long that I was losing hope.
I went home after the appointment so excited to play with my new hair style and to test out the different looks Rebecca and I discussed while I sat in her chair.
I can't wait to return! 10+++/10 experience!

It was an uncomfortable experience
It was an uncomfortable experience. The way the assigned hairdresser thinned my hair was to roll up my hair, cut three times and then brushed my hair off. After repeating around thirty times my head hurts. Also the way she has to make sure the length was ok was me holding my head in an uncomfortable position.
Besides, I was looking for a quiet experience. She did not have conversations with me most of the time but she had conversations with other staff like ordering drink from Starbucks, a hotdog, and chitchat with other staff on random stuff. I feel disrespected and a bit annoyed while I paid quite an amount for the service.
The reason why I went back was because I had a good experience last time at the salon.
