I have long straight hair which can certainly be difficult to cut. Unfortunately, I left the salon with a beautiful cut but it wasn’t what I asked for. I can no longer tie my hair up with a clip when I came in with very long hair asking for long layers, but not short face framing layers. The staff and stylist were all very kind, professional and helpful through. Definitely disappointed, but it’s just hair at the end of the day and it’ll grow back! Next time I’ll definitely go back to the stylist I’ve usually seen and always left feeling over the moon following those appointments.

The pedicure was disappointing …
The pedicure was disappointing because my feel were very dry following the appointment. Not a lot of time was spent using the foot scrub tool on my feet to remove the dry skin. Once I was home and a couple hours passed, my feet still felt nearly as rough and dry as before the appointment. Along with having my toe nails prepped and finished, I look forward to how smooth my feet are following an appointment. So it’s pretty disappointing to need to get my own foot scrubber out to try and remove the dry skin just hours after paying for a pedicure. 😢
