Great staff

Not a good experience
Unfortunately the haircut given wasn't what was asked for. The ask was for bangs below the lip. The front pieces were cut at eyelash level and are completely disconnected from the hair. The stylist barely communicated with my teenage daughter.

I have always used Chatters for my hair but as a customer the way i was treated by the staff at outlet location was unbelievable like at first they were not able to understand what i need second they messed up with the treatment i called to discuss and the person who answered was so rude as if they are doing favour to me i have never seen such a big brand having such a bad customer service and whn i went there second time the staff was talking to me and just walked away saying that i am aggressive and rude i am shattered with such a service i dontbwana name the staffs to make them look bad but 3 people treated me very bad eventually they sent me to a different location on Kennaston to get it fixed and the lady there was very sweet and had a knowledge of whT she was doing i kn

Showed a picture of what I wanted and explained how short I wanted the sides and back to be and it was cut way to short and the back is nothing what I told him I wanted. He did dry cut and left hair all in my face and hem just showed me the mess when he was done. Didnt comb or rewet it to style or even see the results. Not happy and will have to recut it myself
