Its been years since I colored my hair. I was saving it so I could do things differently. With being brunette,I wanted some blue, hairstylist wizard Jan achieved what others couldn't. Everything was explained, including on the procedures and approximate timeline,which was a first for me. I was even helped with the aftercare,I'll be hitting up Jan again for more.

Sheri was great. On time, quick, attentive and a great stylist.

Sherri was great with my daughter! She gave her the perfect cut and trimmed her bangs very evenly!

Firstly, the price listed there clearly shows $22 for a 15-minute booking, and nowhere does it mention that the cost depends on the timing. I specifically booked for 15 minutes, but the session lasted around 30 minutes, and in the end, I was charged $45. That part is still understandable.
However, the stylist seemed to be in a rush because someone else was waiting for their turn right after me. That’s not my responsibility — if proper booking management isn’t in place, it’s not fair to the customer. I feel like I simply wasted $45.
Even after 30 minutes, my hair looked almost the same as before — there was no noticeable change. I don’t mind paying extra if the result is worth it, but in this case, it definitely wasn’t.

Jan is the best. He always listens to what I want and does a great job making it happen. This time I showed him a photo of an example and he nailed it 100%

As always Sherri W. consistently provides me with a perfect cut. She is fantastic.

Stylist was professional and very nice. Listened to what I was looking for cut wise and offered input that correlated with my ideas.

My daughter went in for an appointment with Izzy at your location on Kenaston in Winnipeg. She showed her a picture of the colour and cut she wanted. The final result was not at all what she wanted, and not even close to the picture. When we let her know, they wanted her to wait a week to fix it:( They did finally get her in 2 days later. When we went in for the "fix", the woman at the front dest was rude to her, another stylist came over to look at and told her just to wash it a few times, and Izzy made excuses and made it sound like hair just couldn't be that colour (which is completely untrue). I suggested she should have been told her that before the $300.00 bill since she showed her a picture of what she wanted. After speaking with people for quite some time (who were all just making excuses and blaming my daughter) I asked if we could just get started. At this point Izzy stormed off saying she was not going to fix the hair afterall. I was able to get a refund and she had it fixed somewhere else - the exact colour in the photo, and she loves it!

Great experience start to finish. Very happy with how my hair turned out and a great price. Ashley was great, very friendly & made the process comfortable as it took some time. I will definitely be back!
