Jolene amazing after bad past experience
Jolene was amazing, had previously had hair trimmed into bangs when I wanted face frame and this was my first time getting anything done with my hair since. She was great at checking and being sure about the length being taken off, told me some tricks to keep a style I like last longer and I will be going back to her for her expertise, kind and positive experience. Great customer service
I had got some extensions installed by Shanttelle. She is very thorough, precise on placement and informative. Plus she’s a very sweet human and easy to have a conversation with! Extremely dissatisfied
I went in for my blonde touch up and overall color touch up. Took 4.5 hours. I never got the haircut I requested. I had to have my hair bleached twiced and it’s still not the color I wanted. My hair feels awful my scalp is on fire. This was not 170$ worth. Absolutely unacceptable.
