The hairstylist was very unprofessional and unable to do anything with my hair. I ended up leaving without receiving any service, which was a complete waste of my time. I will never return to this place again.

I’ve been going to this Chatters for over a year now. I’m trying to grow my hair out so I like to go in every few months just to get the ends cleaned up and I really like that they are super careful to just cut a little off at a time to make sure I’m ok with it. I’ve been to other places where I asked for an inch and they cut off way more. I’m happy with both the cut and color I’ve gotten done here

Felt rushed
Felt rushed . Didn't leave the root touch up dye on long enough still had whites and the roots started showing up with 4 days . Felt discriminated against because I asked for a blowout and the stylist was like "oh , it's an extra cost" and I responded it's not an issue because I need my hair done. And 5 minutes later she asked if I wanted to see the priceless. I was not impressed.
I spend alot of money on my hair. Unfortunately my own stylist was away on vacation and I was in a bind to get my hair done.

Chatters is Amazing - Highly Recommend Wendy!
I used to be really nervous about going to the salon in general, especially with my long curly hair, but Wendy C. changed that entirely! She always makes me feel so comfortable. Wendy is incredibly knowledgeable, particularly with curly hair, and knew exactly how to bring out the best in my curls. She even recommended some fantastic products tailored just for my hair type. If you have curly hair, I highly recommend seeing Wendy—you’ll be in great hands!
