Best haircut I’ve had in a long time. Was on holiday and visited Chatters before returning home for a wedding. Lots of people have commented on my hair cut since I came back home to Ireland.

My daughter got her hair cut. Excellent job! Great consult. Gave us exactly what we wanted. Cut and styled well. Understood our needs. Personable. We loved Julianna. We will be back.

Giulianna is my hairdresser there at Chatters Mapleview. She is phenomenal….from start to finish, she takes her time to listen to how you want your hair and educates you on what is happening - colour, tone, hair care, what you can do at home - making sure you have the right products. She just gets what you want and was able to bring my light blonde dreams to life. I have been blonde for many years and Giulianna is the first stylist to really do a beautiful detailed blonde that has dimension and brightness. She is also a beautiful /genuine person. I highly recommend her!

Megan listened to my ideas about a new style. I showed her pictures that I had collected and she made practical and stylistic suggestions that she worked into the cut. She worked methodically and gently. Made suggestions about products to work with my fine hair. Highly recommended.

I got my hair cut today by Waad. I love my new hairstyle so much! Waad was very kind and made me feel comfortable. I have very thick hair and have gotten cuts in the past that weren’t suitable for my hair type. Waad took such great care of my hair and took her time to ensure I had the cut that I wanted. She also gave me a product recommendation for the frizz that I struggle with, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you Waad!

This was my first visit with Megan. She was confident in her work but still asked me lots of questions throughout the cut to make sure I was happy with everything. The salon was also very clean and the staff are super friendly and welcoming.

My 1st time trying this place. I was given Aneta who was very nice & friendly but I had to wait 1/2 hr for my appt. The colour was nice but I had asked for a blonde tone but it was darker than I wanted but that was ok it will fade. For the cut she asked if about an inch was ok and I said oh no just a trim pls. But it was more than an inch that she took off but again it was ok as my hair didn’t touch my shoulders to begin with and it would grow. At the end of my appt she offered to dry my hair but could only blow dry straight ( I have natural curly hair) I told her I don’t like my hair straight but she didn’t have a diffuser for her dryer. So trying to be nice I said no worries I can just let it air dry. But when leaving I was given a bill of over $270.00 !!! I have never paid that much ever. The girl at the desk said it was more because my hair is curly. I have been to many high end salons and was never charged this amount and was offered coffee or cappuccino at these other salons. I will not go back. I feel bad for Aneta because she was lovely but way too expensive

Waad was my hair stylist and did an amazing job with my highlights. She is so kind and efficient. The salon uses great products that are all healthy for the hair. Will definitely come back.
