Receptionist need additional training
We walked in hoping to get an appointment with a specific stylist, if possible and i cleary mentioned that i wanted specific a stylist. However, the receptionist understood we were okay with seeing any available stylist, which ended up more than doubling our wait time. If he wasn’t sure about our request, he should have confirmed it with us right away. Thankfully, the stylist was able to accommodate us within a few hours, and I received a proper haircut. I truly appreciate the stylist’s effort. The receptionist could benefit from additional training to better understand client requests and perform his role more effectively!!

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I was greeted and treated well. The hair experience itself was amazing! Angie is knowledgeable and experienced in curly hair, she gave me great lessons of how to treat my curls, even on lazy days! Amazing! Highly recommend!

When I entered the store I was greated…
When I entered the store I was greated by a very pleasant young lady.(sorry I forgot your name). My stylist name was Serena(from Barrhead). She was very pleasant and cheerful. I didn't really know what I wanted , but for the most part it was lighter with some layers and still able to pull it back when I need too. I would definitely recommend her services. My only part of the experience I felt fell short was the sinks. They did not seem to be cleaned out between customers. Something easily rectified. Thanks again !!
