The cut was not good
The cut was not good. I am giving a 2 star because the stylist always did well when I had long hair and she is really good with color but when it comes to short hair I am so disappointed. I came in and showed pictures of how I wanted my haircut to look and they were ignored. I purposely waited over 2 months between cuts in order to grow out my bangs and after the cut was finished my bangs were gone and I even said to the stylist that I looked like a boy. I am now having to grow out my bangs again and will not be back. I will definitely find somewhere else to go where they actually pay attention to the photo I show them and do what I want with my hair.

The chatters Windermere staff are always friendly and welcoming. They have even assisted my husband with finding a product for his hair while his barber is elsewhere. Yana has been doing my hair for sometime now and she is lovely to visit with and does a great job!

The staff was very friendly
The staff was very friendly. My appointment was right on time. Great experience except the hair cut I left with. My own fault, I neglected to tell the stylist how much I dislike a stacked bob. Of course, that's what I got. lol
I was told if I don't like the cut I can come back in. I just don't know what I would do now with the back cut so short. Lesson learned, poor communication on my part.
