The stylist cut my daughter's hair with clippers...
When we arrived for my daughters appointment, we were put with a stylist that was completely different than the one we asked to be booked with (her previous stylist). We wanted her darker roots blended with her lighter ends, however that was too complicated for this stylist and she had to get a more senior stylist to consult. We agreed on a specific "root smudge with low lights and gloss". I left my 13 year old in the chair to go run errands and returned to find out that the stylist had changed the colour to a gloss only and then proceeded to cut my daughter's hair with clippers...for real. Luckily, we have 2 master stylists in our family in BC who were horrified and we will be visiting them for a correction before school starts. Absolutely shocked at the awful service and complete lack of skill. My daughter wanted fresh hair for back to school, and it was a total disaster. I paid for the service, and we will never be back. Really sad this was our experience, the Windermere location is so poorly run and unprofessional. Lesson learned.

I’ve been going to this place to get perms for around 2-3 years. I have never had a bad experience with any of the stylists there. Richard is great at what he does and if you’re looking for a stylist to cut or perm your hair i highly recommend him.

Wonderful Service with Lexi
Lexi was wonderful! She was very personable with my son and I while he got his haircut. She also made sure he was happy with his haircut before we left. We would definitely come for a haircut with her again!

I’ve been to Renée and chatter twice now and both times I’m left so highly impressed! Not only is everyone so nice but they all go above and beyond. I’ve been having a rough week and this is exactly what I needed! I left Renée’s chair feeling confident and beautiful!! She always make me feel so good and comfortable every visit!
