It would have been nice to know that…
It would have been nice to know that unlike most salons, the preferred stylist is not noted - you need to keep reminding them. Booked in with a stylist who did a horrible job on my bangs trim and since I don't like confrontation I let her cut them again. I stopped her before she could do more damage on my bangs. From poking me with the scissors, not listening to how I wanted them cut and then cutting them shorter and shorter to try to match the spot she cut to short.
To top it off, the front desk decided to loudly talk about "how it isn't that bad" as I was walking away. If the customer thinks it's a shit job - don't disagree. Say sorry and try to make it right. gossip about it but be smart enough to do it when the customer leaves.

Always Accommodating
Shyla! Always so friendly and willing to please. I wasn't feeling my best and she moved her station to the ground floor so I didn't have to navigate the stairs. And as always my cut was great!

Haircut for 5 year old daughter

Overcharged haircut
Got charged for a 45 mins haircut on top of my perm but it was more like a trim that took 5-10 min. If I knew i was being charged for a haircit, I would of request to cut my bangs and texturize my hair.
