I’ve used Chattys 3 times to look after my cat while I go away (using both the day visits and the overnight stays). The team are really great and helpful - very communicative with a smooth service and send lots of updates and pictures!

My boys, Franz and Eddie, two 8 year old cats, really enjoyed spending time with Sherkila
She took good care of them while I was abroad from 24-27 November. Every day I got updates from them with lovely pictures and videos . When I came home this afternoon everything was organized, they had food on the bowls and looked relaxed. Seems like they had fun vacations too.

The best cat sitters I've ever used. What a wonderful company, with a genuinely cat loving owner and well chosen cat sitters. I felt so reassured being away that my two babies were being cared for and given lots of attention. I cannot recommend enough.

We've started using Chatty Cats Care this year, and we've managed to keep the same kitty carer all 3 times - this is great for our fur babies so they can get to know their carer! Overall very happy with their service. Thanks!

Excellent cat sitting service for our diabetic cat

I used Chatty Cats Care for the first time this week whilst I was away for a few days. I did contact another cat sitter that I found on Google as well, but went with Chatty Cats Care because they were prompt and professional when getting back to me. And I am SO GLAD that I did!
Michelle came to visit myself and the cats and put me at ease straight away!
I have never used a cat sitting service before so was super nervous!
Then the person that was going to be looking after my cats the time that I was away came to introduce herself - and this is when I met the amazing Erica!
What can I say, my usually nervous and shy cats that never come out of hiding for anyone, must have felt so at ease and trusted Erica instantly, as she sent me pictures of all four of them after just the first visit!
The daily updates, voice notes, videos and pictures meant that I could relax while I was away and know that my cats and home were in safe hands and the cats getting lots of playtime, fusses and attention. I am now 100% confident to take another trip because I know that my cats will be safe!! On top of that feeling, which is priceless, the actual cost of this service was beyond reasonable.

I have very good experience with Chatty Cats Care, highly recommended service. They response very quickly, even if I needed to find a cat sitter pretty urgently, they always find a team member to take car of my cat. I got regular updates on my cat and I new that the kitty is in good hands.

Excellent service! Was originally looking for a cattery but so glad that didn't work out and ended up using Chatty Cats Care. Much happier for our kitten to be in her familiar environment, and the sitter went over and above, sending lovely photos daily really showing his care for her. Thank you!

After hunting around for a decent cat sitting company we have used this one several times. Even at short notice we have been able to get someone and the care has been brilliant.

Excellent communication and easy to organise. Cat carer was excellent and came for pre-visit to collect keys and see where things were and meet the cats. Great peace of mind. Will definitely use again. Thank you

Our experience with this business was excellent, from the booking to the initial consultation and then leaving to go on holiday I was constantly reassured that my cats were going to be left in capable and loving hands. They were happy the whole time we were away and that’s all thanks to Michelle, who was wonderful.

We’ve used Chatty Cats Care for the first time this last holidays and we are so happy with the service. From now on they will be our go to whenever we plan to leave our cat alone.
It was our first time using a cat sitter service and Amy made us feel so reassured both before and during the service (even sending twice daily photos and updates every time she visited).
When we came Back we noticed our cat was calm and happy just as if we had never left (while in comparison to when we leave him in catteries he’s always a bit jumpy and awkward when coming home).

I've been using Chatty Cats Care for 2 years, with multiple booking this year as the need for overseas work travel has increased.

I have a nervous indoor cat who's quite timid - the cat sitters take the time to make her feel comfortable, take plenty of pics and videos of my purring kitty getting plenty of head scratchies and attention.

I highly recommend this sitting service, simply marvelous! If you have seperation guilt (as I do) - this is the service for you and your fur baby

Michelle is great and 100% trustworthy. She is professional but approachable and friendly. I wasn’t concerned at all to hand over my keys to her and my cat was very happy and contented as a result of Michelle’s care when I returned from my holiday.

I used chatty cats for the first time for my three cats and was very anxious as it was my first time without my sister taking care of my cats when i was away. The experience was fantastic. Sienna (cat sitter) from chatty cats sent me pictures daily of my three darling cats who looked very happy. On the initial visit my oldest cat actually played with the sitter straightaway and they all liked her. The customer service and communication from chatty cats was excellent and the service reliable and professional. I will definitely be using them again.

The actual cat sitting experience with Chatty Cats Care was good. The meet and greet went well and our cat sitter (edit: removed sitter name at the request of the company) did a lovely job of looking after our cat, sending us daily photos/videos of how they were doing, and looking after our plant.

However the management leaves a lot to be desired. When I initially booked for a cat sitter back in February for over the easter long weekend they emailed a couple of days afterwards to say they forgot to add a 30% surcharge for public holidays (which is not in the terms and conditions I signed and I was not made aware of before booking) and told me I needed to sign the new invoice. People make mistakes, and I do think it's reasonable to charge extra for a long weekend, so I signed the updated invoice and when it came time to pay paid the updated amount.

It's now just over a week after that cat sitting visit was over, and I received an email stating that they'd messed up the calculations due to the bank holiday and that actually I needed to pay another 17% and that I had to pay it that day or else they wouldn't be able to do payroll for the sitter.

When I asked them how this was possible considering they'd already given me an updated invoice due to miscalculating the bank holiday, they gave a break down that listed the daily charges as higher than what I had agreed to, still trying to blame the price increase on the public holiday calculations.

Looking at their website now it does have the new (increased) prices, however these were not the prices at the time that I booked and were not the prices I agreed to.

When I informed them of this they apologised for the confusion and said they hadn't realised I'd booked before the new prices came out.

Because of this I won't be using them again. The business seems quite disorganized if they fail to check the invoices they've sent, and I don't appreciate being guilted into paying on the same day even if I had somehow owed them the money.

If I hadn't queried the cost they wouldn't have noticed and I would have been overcharged.

Edit: After posting this review they sent me multiple emails trying to make me feel bad for posting it and calling me "a nasty piece of work", so I'm changing this review down to 1 star for how they've handled this. Very unprofessional.

I also double checked DocuSign (the document signing tool they use for the invoices), and I can see they downloaded the invoice with the price I agreed to pay before they sent the initial email to me, which means they knew that I didn't owe them any money and still asked for it anyway.

We have used chattycatscare two times since Christmas and they have been amazing! Really accommodating, nice and patient with anxious, first-time cat parents like us.
We had two different sitters, Toby and Joseph, and they both were lovely, sent pictures of our kitten every day and spent more than the booked time with our quite needy ragdoll. We will use their service again!

Super happy with chatty cats, would definitely recommend. Got plenty of pics and updates over the 5 days I was away and was sure my kitten was being well looked after. Also very affordable for two visits a day which I was glad to have as was my first time leaving him for so long!
