We used chatty Cats care for the first time as we were going on holiday for two weeks. It was our longest time away from the kitties and we were very anxious, but Natalie took such fantastic care of them. She sent us daily updates and was super quick to respond to messages - we came home to content kitties and would definitely use Chatty Cats Care again!

A really brilliant service! After struggling to find a regular cat sitter we came across Chatty Cats Care and were so impressed. Michelle is really responsive when booking appointments and Heather took brilliant care of our cat Monty, sharing photo updates. We came home to a very happy cat - would highly recommend

Chatty Cats Care provided their excellent cat sitting service for our Lady Cat for 10 days while we were on holiday and we know for a fact that we will be using their services again going forward. They visited our home twice a day to feed, replenish water, clean the litter, and just give our girl some attention and we received photos and videos from every visit. They were extremely responsive, and made us feel completely at ease, and our girl was extremely content! This is been the most calm we have been about leaving our cat behind while we travel. We highly recommend this service!

Excellent overnight cover for a cat with medical needs, for nearly two weeks. Plenty of updates from the sitter over the course of my vacation, and my flat was left very clean and tidy on my return to a happy and relaxed cat.

Our cat sitter could not have been more considerate and caring and we will definitely always book him if he is available. He is a genuine cat lover with two much loved cats of his own. He took time before the booking to get to know our cat and her ways. During the booking he didn't just do the basics, he played with her a lot too which was I think the main reason why she wasn't grumpy when we got home! He sent us pictures which showed how she was getting on. I honestly think she is now missing her play sessions with him. Burmese cats are demanding and not everyone's cup of tea (ours miaows a lot!) so his care of her was the sign of a true cat person.

Very reliable and professional service. Michelle is lovely and is quick to organise a sitter for you. We have Khawla who is so wonderful to our cats. One has diabetes and the injections can be tricky with her but Khawla manages with no fuss. Such an excellent service!

This was my first time using a catsitting agency in London. I'd originally approached another prominent agency who had agreed to do, but then after not responding to my emails and calls I realised they'd ghosted me! I then had about 30 hours to set up a catsitter before flying on holiday and was in an absolute panic. Chatty Cats was just wonderful - there was a very quick response to my email, the details and payment were all agreed and processed quickly and professionally, and the individual catsitter got in touch asap to arrange a key swop. The catsitter was also great, he was a cat lover, the cats obviously liked him, and he'd followed all our instructions, and I'd been able to relax on holiday knowing our cats were well cared for.

Overall, an easy, reliable and professional service that I can be confident are taking good care of my cats, and I will be using again.

Humphrey was well cared for, Ridge sent videos and photos of him which was really good to set my mind at ease. humphrey is a demanding house cat who hasnt been left alone very much so i needed to know he was well looked after. I will definitely choose chatty cats care again when i go away

We have used Chatty Cats Care twice now to look after Bubble, our very needy Burmese and we are delighted with the service. We received daily updates from the sitters and found our home perfectly looked after and cleaned when we came back. This business is clearly run by people who love cats! The introductory meeting with the sitters before the booking was very reassuring. A big thank you to Michelle, Ridge and Khawla, you are now part of Bubble's extended family!

I had an excellent experience with Michelle and her professional team. Seán, the cat sitter, took a very good care of my cat Oscar. I received daily updates of videos and photos, enjoying my holiday with peace of mind. Upon my return, Oscar looked happy and healthy and everything else in the flat was exactly the same as I left them (no messy cat litters, despite sometimes Oscar can be a bit clumsy). The communication was smooth from the beginning. I would highly recommend this service!

We heard about Chatty Cats Care through Facebook and as it was our first time leaving the cats for a week, we were hesitant to leave the cats alone with a stranger.

The entire process of speaking to the Chatty Cats Care team (Michelle in particular) was incredibly smooth and put us at ease straight away. Michelle was able to meet us and the cats and we were able to communicate what needed to be done / discuss the cats usual routine. Michelle was professional throughout, asking all the right questions and made us feel that the cats would be in great care in our absence.

Whilst we were away, we would get twice daily pictures / videos of the cats and we communicated daily with Michelle on anything that might have seen as odd behaviour or just general cat chat. As one of our house cats likes to be walked in the communal garden on a lead, Michelle was happy to take him out regularly.

Overall we couldn't have asked for a better service and for a better person to take care of both our cats. The cats were extremely spoilt (in a good way!) throughout our time away and also were at ease and not stressed whilst we weren't there.

Anytime we now go on holiday, we know that having a professional cat sitter, such as Michelle, is just a phone call away and no other service would put in as much time, effort, care and passion than Chatty Cats Care.

We've left the kitties under Michelle's care several times, and she's always taken great care of them - we get frequent updates with great photos of the cats getting all the love and attention they can handle, and they almost seem disappointed to see us instead of her when we get home after a trip!

We feel very secure with having her watching over our cats while we're not around - there was even one day during a trip where Michelle was ill, but she let us know what was going on, and already had arrangements in place to make sure that Jake and Polly continued to be taken care of.

Excellent and thoughtful care of our beloved cat while on holiday. Michelle is beyond kind and trustworthy, kept our plants well watered and brought in the post/deliveries. She maintained excellent contact each day and kept the flat spotless. Can’t recommend her enough!

We called on Chatty Cats Care for the first time we were away from our cat Milo for a few days. Obviously we were very nervous with it being the first time, however after emails with Michelle and a pre-visit from Ridge, it was clear we were in great hands. Ridge kept in contact throughout, always updating us with pictures and videos, sharing how Milo was doing. It was so reassuring to know Milo was in safe hands :D
