Great service, reliable and VERY THOROUGH
Great experience dealing with booking centre and surveyor. Paul was fantastic and very accommodating.
Paul was extremely detailed and thorough. Report also came sooner than promised and was very detailed and thorough. Nothing was missed.
I highly recommend the walk around at the end as it was very useful (as I struggle to understand building terminology so Paul could explain).

Great service, definitely recommend the walk through as it was very informative, what was meant to be 30 mins turned into an hour so thanks to Stephen for taking the extra time with that. Report was completed within the stated 5 working days.

Thank you Ryan, we quote 30 minutes for the walk-around but if there are things to discuss we are more than happy to take longer. We also offer unlimited access to your surveyor after publishing the survey to discuss any aspects of the report.
Professional and competitive
My dealings with firm are highly recommended. Good communication in clear terms Walkthrough offered was very reassuring. The employees at the firm were always up to date with my case and the surveyor was sourced locally for me which was another reassurance .
5 stars with no issues competitive and professional. My property was an 1880 property and a lot was brought to my attention regarding maintenance.

Chawton House Building Survey feedback from private client
I looked at three companies offering surveying services and chose Chawton Hill because of previous good experiences of their clients and I'm pleased to say I am adding my voice to the vote. The survey was arranged quickly and the surveyor arrived on time and conducted the task with professional expertise and a pleasant manner. I was informed of all the areas he noted at the time and the final report was delivered on time and with sufficient details to enable me to plan further works with confidence.
I would certainly recommend this firm.

Superb service
Superb service. I would definitely recommend Chawton Hill Chartered Surveyors. The surveyor spend a very detailed 8 hours at the property we are hoping to buy and highlighted a number of important issues. They also offered a 30min walk round with us at the end of the survey to show us the defects which I found extremely informative. Finally the surveyor even rang me up 2 days after the survey to inform us of issues with the listing of the priority which could save us lots of money in the future. Excellent service and the final survey report was amazing such details and use of photos excellent Thanks again Colin

Stephen was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - and surveyed two properties including the one we eventually bought.
