From start to finish, we were very happy with this service. We were given plenty of time to discuss our needs and offered an appointment for work to begin very quickly. The work was done efficiently and the site was clean and tidy upon completion. The workmen were friendly and made sure that we were completely happy before they left. I Called loftsure because my house always felt cold and my sister in law recommended them from doing her loft, the surveyor came and confirmed I only had 50mm of insulation in my roof so I asked for a quote to insulate it properly which I was happy with. They was very prompt and Craig the Installer came 3 days later and played 270mm of insulation on top and was completed in 40 minutes. Excellent communication and outstanding service would highly recommend.
