Hi Colin, thank you for such a kind review. Every loft has its surprises, so I’m glad the lads took the unexpected issue in their stride and still delivered exactly what you’d planned: boarding, insulation sorted, and a new hatch and ladder. Good to hear they were polite and friendly throughout too. Thanks for taking the time to share this.
If you know anyone else who could use a hand with their loft, we’d love the introduction.
Best wishes,

A very good job done
Organising a quotation was simply and quick. There were no high pressure tactics just good honest explanation and pricing of options. Having decided to proceed the lead time was short. The installer arrived on time, worked well and completed the job in less time than expected. The quality of workmanship was excellent and the thoughtfulness and care toward our home was excellent and very much appreciated. A careful explanation of the operation of our new loft ladder was appreciated. Overall we are extremely pleased with our choice, and the end result.

New loft laddar, hatch and vents
From start to finish, the process was easy and straight forward. The office was very helpful and communicated the timelines well. Work was done quickly and the landing was left clean and tidy. If there is one thing I would point out it would be the pricing, it is on the high end. But still overall very satisfied and would recommend
