Made contact via a voicemail message and received a call back the same day. I verified with Steve their web requirements for a simple fixed price installation and we fixed a time and date straight away. He sent a text 30mins before arrival and then completed the install, showed me how to use it and was done and dusted in under 2 hours. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

The 'Loft Ladder Expert' completed an installation for us recently. It was carried out to our great satisfaction with a minimum of fuss, to the highest standard and at a price that compared favourably with quotes from competitors.
My only regret is that we left it till the age of 70 to have such a labour saving device and benefit to personal safety installed in our home.

Loft Ladder Expert have just finished installing a new loft hatch and telescopic loft ladder. It all looks fantastic and has left us with an easily accessible loft storage area. Steve did a really neat and professional job and I am very happy with the end result.

Steve fitted two new loft hatches for me with smart architrave borders and installed new ladders. His attention to detail and carpentry skills are second to none and everything now looks superb and functions perfectly.

All work done neatly quickly and efficiently and for fixed price even added extra support for ladder due to raised loft floor( no extra charge.
