Luckily my items were in stock!! Cheapest I could find (after some extensive research) for the protein bars I was after. Everything went smoothly and bars arrived quickly. I will use this site again.

Transaction went reasonably smoothly. One item arrived separately leading me to believe I had messed up the order. However after checking my bank account, it indeed showed that the full amount of money had been taken for the three items I ordered. Tried ringing cheapsupps but no answer. Eventually they rang me and advised items I ordered were out of stock although this was not indicated when I first ordered. Not a problem. Received alternative items first thing following morning but no shaker as offered with over £50 order. I would give 5* but because I did nt get preferred item or the free shaker, I give 4*. However it was good to see that some companies are prepared to ring you if there is a problem. Most companies today just ignore you once they have the money. Will do business with cheapsupps again

A company should not advertise something as "In Stock" when it isn't. Even after they back-ordered my delivery, the web-site still claimed they had stock for priority despatch.

Having said that, they were efficient in offering an alternative and that arrived very quickly and well packaged, plus zero hassle with the refund of the difference in price.

Would I recommend, yes - but be prepared for substitute even if the site says in stock.

Best price I could find on the net for my usual protein recovery and as a bonus I also got a free shaker bottle ... 5 stars!

Very good prices and delivery is very quick. The only problem experienced is when out of stock. It should really say so when ordering but they do reply fairly quickly and refund quickly & without any problems.

I ordered a product, paid for it, but days later they said they had ran out of stock. I got a refund quickly but why did they advertise the stock and take payment for it in the first place? Wont be using them again.

Order processed, payment taken, then received an email saying the product was not in stock and would i like to cancel or order something else. I had to cancel the order. Refund was done quickly.

Website should really state if a product is in stock or not.

Ordered Maxx Essentials MCT which was in stock according to their website.

Received an email a couple of hours later stating that the item was out of stock. Asked what the lead time would be to get the item back in stock and they said they didn't have a restock date and would I like a refund.

The refund was given very promptly, however, it was unfortunate that the item wasn't in stock like it stated on the website.

Very good product range and easy to navigate site! Products arrived two days later exactly as described. Fast, efficient and delivery was free. Would recommend your and will order from you again.

Great product but it took 11 days to turn up (more royal mails fault). Will use again. Maybe worth paying a little more to have the item sent by guaranteed next day post.
