First time customer... The delivery was pretty fast and the price quite good (shipping could be cheaper..) Unfortunately, the gift (c-s shaker) was completely broken! :(

Very good...but
I canged my review to very good now because I understand that it was not the company's fault for the late delivery. They actially drspatch goods straight away after ordering. However when I phoned there was no answer at any one time, but emails have been replied. All in all I think its cheaper than anywhere else so that makes it good to me and I will use them again.

placed order 6 days ago and yet to recieve anything. I tried contact via phone and no answer!! (numerous times)
i have logged into my account and i can see the status as showing as backorder??
not off to a good start seeing as this is the first time im using the company.
good website, except for not infoming you that a particular product is not available.
after sales service needs a great amount of attention.

Great service and really well priced products
I have bought many supplements from Cheap Supplements and the delivery is always faster than they have mentioned it would be. The service is amazing, the answers to questions are helpful and the prices on the products are really really good. And believe me when I say the prices are good, I buy a lot of supplements as I am a bodybuilder.

Alternative Product supply
They did not have the product I required and this was eventually found to be the fact that it is no longer available.
Alternative offered was accepted, price was kept the same even though the alternative was dearer.
Order arrived in reasonable amount of time via Royal mail.
Would use again.
