I want to share my experience of ordering a taxi in Benidorm. The taxi cost 100 euros there and back, and I paid 10 euros separately for the order.

Upon arrival at the airport, the taxi was waiting for us as agreed. When we arrived at the hotel, we paid the driver 50 euros, but he demanded 100 euros, we said that we did not agree to pay

for the return trip now, but we will pay on the day of departure.

A couple of days before departure, I called the company to clarify whether the taxi would definitely arrive as agreed, they wrote that yes.

On the day of departure, the taxi did not arrive, we quickly ordered a regular city taxi and got to the airport for 80 euros.

I would like to warn you and be vigilant. I do not recommend this carrier.

Taxi turned up 30 mins late. We booked a taxi in advance through email and paid our £10 reservation fee. 15 mins after our booking, there was still no sign of a taxi so we rang Cheap Taxis who told us they did not have our booking. The operator said they would try to send a taxi but needed to contact taxis in our local area so didn’t know how long this would be, and would call us back. With time ticking before our flight home it was quite stressful to not know if a taxi would be coming or not. The operator thankfully managed to find a taxi nearby to send to us so the taxi came roughly 15 mins later. However, this seems like a one off bad experience as the other reviews seem to be very positive

I have been using cheap-taxis for the last ten years, mainly for transfers between Palma Airport and Puerto Pollensa and have always received excellent service that is more akin to a chauffeur service. The drivers are always on time; very pleasant and courteous, with cars of a high standard, clean and with air con. I have also used cheap-taxis as a sole traveller and have felt safe when doing so. The booking process is easy and Paul is always accessible to handle any queries or additional changes very quickly. Pricing is very competitive. I would wholly recommend them.

Flew into Alicante airport and stayed in Benidorm, used cheap taxis.com for the first time and was really pleased I did. Everything went smoothly and the drivers were nice and polite, will be using them again in October and would definitely recommend

Instruction was pretty clear go there... send message you are arrived...
But surprise, someone waiting on us with my name and surname on screen mobile phone.He took us outside the airport and shown where to wait.Driver went for the car.
What can go wrong?
He left airport without us !!! Unbelievable!
We waiting half an hour before I call to someone what's going on?
He come back after 20 minutes.So I waiting almost one hour to left airport + transfer time.
I sent message to Paul and Carlo about explaining to me what happened yesterday? Both ignored me,no answer,no explanation,no apologise.
Most stressful transport ever.Never again.

Great service, great communication and Paul was very accommodating in contact with details when I had to change the booking in Mallorca, at times of the day I haven't seen anywhere else (does he ever rest?). The pickup was on time and very comfortable and the trip duration was as described. We will be using them again in Oct. Thanks Mark

Used for visit to Xabia with pick up from
Alicante airport and return. Marvellous. Driver was waiting at the terminal with a large card with my name on it. Two child seats in the taxi. On the return the driver turned up on time. Great service. During the booking process I had to change destination address and number of passengers and this modified without a problem.

Used cheap-taxis.com recently for a return transfer from Alicante to Benidorm, excellent service, our drivers were waiting for us upon our arrival after giving clear details of where to meet them, excellent communication throughout and very reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate in using this service again.

Using this service was easy and very reliable. The driver was waiting for us and it was worth the money. Definitely cheaper than what I had priced.

Used Cheap Taxi’s twice this month from Bergamo & Palma. Very reliable service at a reasonable price, Our return journey to Palma was not straight forward but they adapted to suit our requirements. Definitely use them again.

Booked CheapTaxis.com for a return trip from Palma Airport to Calla Millor Majorca, the fares may be cheap but the service is first class more like a chauffeur service than a taxi service, effortless booking process and any queries I had where answered almost immediately. Our driver, who was immaculately dressed and very professional was waiting for us at the door of the arrivals hall and escorted us to our lovely vehicle which was just outside. On the return journey he arrived 5 mins early and again treated us so professionally. I would have no hesitation recommending this great service in fact I would encourage it.

I booked a taxi with cheap-taxis.com to travel back to the airport from Corralejo after an issue with th company I had originally booked with.

Always a bit hesitant when dealing with a new business/company but everything was fine.

The driver, a female that I did not get the name of, was very good.

I would use them again and would recommend them.

Don’t book with this company if you don’t want to get stranded. I booked a week before my holiday to be pick up from the airport and taken to my destination. The number’s they gave me to text when I arrive didn’t exist. The uk number rang out so I left a message. I wasn't sure if the company was kosher so after waiting 30 minutes wondering what to do, we got another taxi.
Whilst I was in the taxi on a different number someone called Rafa rang but it was too late. He said he would pick us up when we were departing. I did txt Rafa few days later but he has now said he doesn’t have availability even though I booked it over a week ago & said that he’s blocking me!! Honestly a terrible company if it’s legit but possibly a scam. I won’t be using it again or recommending. They took the booking fee but obviously didn’t book anything.
Don’t waist your money & get nothing!!!

Excellent Taxi Company when travelling abroad. I have used them many times over a number of years now when travelling to Mallorca, both a single journey and return. Always on time for collection , drivers courteous and safe driving. Paul from the UK booking site goes out of his way to be helpful and answer any queries you may have. A company you can trust.

This is hour second time with cheap taxis.com Excellent very polite on time and very good drivers keep to speed limit and in no rush not like other taxis keep up the fantastic work and thank you. Definitely recommend see you again.

This is my second year using Cheap Taxis and both encounters have been nothing short of amazing! Reliable, polite and timely drivers with comfortable vehicles. Travelling with children, always asked what type of child seat or booster seat needed! Easy to find upon arrival and clear departure instructions and communications. But, most importantly Paul has gone out of his way on both occasions to help me with additional requests. Cannot recommend enough and will continue to use for your future trips! Thanks Paul and team!

Initially cheap taxi were ok. Picked up on time and car was large BMW. UNTIL WE GOT PULLED UP IN A POLICE ROAD BLOCK OUTSIDE BENIDORM. We were left in the back of the car by police whilst they spoke to the driver for an hour. He kept saying we were his friends which was unusual as we had never met him before he picked us up. It turned out he was unlicensed and so was the car. We were left on the side of the road whilst they impounded the car and took the driver away. Great start to the holiday. We got a taxi the rest of the way. We contacted cheap-taxis, with no response. The day we were suppose to be picked up, which we declined, they text me to say 'was everything ok with the drop off'?????? We have had no response from them since even after we let them know what had happened.
I'm not sure how they are getting 5 star reviews, must be doing it themselves. KEEP WELL CLEAR. NO TAXI LICENCE, MEANS NO PROPER CAR INSURANCE WHICH MEANS NO HOLIDAY INSURANCE IN CASE OF AN INCIDENT. KEEP WELL CLEAR
