Excellent service and good polite drivers
Have booked next trip march

I called at 7:45 to book a taxi for my son for 8:30 at 8:36 i called again to ask about the booked taxi and was told it was stuck in traffic and would be here in 7 minutes at 8:45 i rang again to enquire about the booked taxi only to be told that the taxi had broken down and that the operator was trying to find me another taxi.
I belive my booking was given to some one else and they fobbed me off with lies . At no point did the operator make any effort to apologise or get me another taxi. When I asked why they had lied to me the operator got cocky with me and he just didn't care about the lies. At no point did this company contact me to say there was a problem and at no point did they try to find me another taxi. My son is autistic and I already had a rough morning with him with a flat tyer. He was already distressed because his routine had be changed and he just wanted to get to college. I can't wait till robots take over taxis at least u won't be lied to!

Very bad customer service, allows you to book a time that isn't even available, then emails you to tell you can only do 3 hours after, happy to take your money then says refunded but never does, I'm sure Hel pull out his bag of excuses and snappy replies just like every other review on here, very bad service

Booked our taxi transfers from alicante to benidorm. Was very unsure of what to expect. Everything went according to plan. Very professional. We were greeted at the airport by our driver. He didnt speak English. but he was very plesant he helped us with our cases. Our transport was clean and we had plenty of room.
We paid for the return trip on arrival. I was a bit concerned but it's understandable to pay up front for your return journey. Who hasn't run out of money on holiday?
Our return journey was booked for 7.45am and our flights were 11am travel time 1 hour.
Our driver arrived at 7.30 again didn't speak English but very pleasant. Nice transport . Will have no hesitation to use again transfer time 45mins from the alicante airport to levante.perfect all you can ask thankyou for taking care of us.

I booked a trip in Alicante and was waiting for the driver for 50 minutes. They also did not have to pay with card and I had to do a transfer to the driver as I did not have enough cash

We have used this company for trips to Spain,Turkey,and returned yesterday from Corfu,the vehicles provided were immaculately clean and the drivers have all been courteous,polite and some cases very knowledgeable about the area.
Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

We have used this taxi service for several years when we holiday in Desanzano. Communication with the firm is excellent; we got prompt replies and the drivers have always been on time; waiting for us at the airport and arriving early for the return journey. I would recommend them highly and will use them again when we return to Italy.

Brilliant service end to end great communication from the drivers when we arrived I got a call from the driver saying where to meet him . On the return the driver turned up 10 minutes early. By far the cheapest company I checked out for the 10 of us. It’s a 10 out of 10 from me 👏🏼🤗

Brilliant company can’t praise them enough. The contact in the uk via email was amazing, they got back to you within an hour whenever you queried anything. The pick up at Tenerife airport was brilliant, driver was waiting with our names on a board, he was very courteous and taxi was spotlessly clean. The return was just as good with the driver being spot on time and again very professional. Thank you to all concerned for helping to make our holiday a wonderful experience, we shall definitely be using you again.

Used cheap-taxis.com 12 September 2024, we arrived at Alicante airport to be met in the arrivals hall by the driver for our journey to Benidorm, on arrival in Benidorm we could not access the accommodation, without hesitation he turned the taxi around and took us into the centre to the offices who had the keys to the apartment, they were in a shopping precent, he parked the taxi up and set off on foot to locate the offices, would only leave us once he found them,

on the 15th September 2024 on our return from Benidorm to Alicante airport we were picked up by a different driver, on arrival and after about 15 minutes after the taxi had dropped us off one of our party realised he had dropped his passport, mobile phone and wallet in the taxi, I called the main office and spoke to a gentleman called Carlo, he told me not to worry he would arrange for the driver to return and for me to go outside and wait for him, sure enough he arrived and handed me the items, when I tried to pay him for his troubles he insisted he would not take anything,
I wish I had taken both drivers names as I would have included them in my review,

Don't be put off by the name. The only thing cheap about this company & it's service is the actual price. First class service for the best price we could find. Spotless air conditioned Mercedes each way from/to the airport. Driver waiting with large clearly printed card at airport, and driver on way back spot on with punctuality. Both extremely pleasant. Will definitely use again.

Had a wonderful experience with cheap taxis. They give a very quick and kind response to questions. We had an hour delay and I immediately informed them. I got a quick reply as confirmation of my message.

The lady who brought us to our hotel in Spain (from Girona Airport) was very kind. She drove very careful as there was heavy rainfall and she helped me to get out of the van with my baby in the rain (who was asleep at the time). She covered him with a blanket so he wouldn't get wet. I wish I asked for her name because she deserves to be complimented.
On our trip back to the airport (a week later), we had a nice driver again. He got us at the airport within 25 minutes. Both ways went perfect; accurate, kind and on time. The price and quality of the company is top notch and definitely not the last time we'll be using this company.

I can not speak more highly of this service! I had an unusual situation and the team, Paul, was a hero, a superstar. I ended up boarding my flight alone (taxi booked for 3) I was taken to my hotel by a lovely driver, and after 2 days (I was supposed to be away for 7) I needed to head back to the UK. As my trip was a prepaid return I asked if I could move the collection day- no problem at all. I needed collecting at 3am… again no problem at all. Communication was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and queries and explained what I did not understand. If you have reservations, don’t. This company was by far the cheapest for transfers and the customer service was fabulous. Recommend 100 times over and will use again!

I was in a very tricky situation, whilst I was waiting inside London Stansted Airport Terminal for my departure flight, my travel plans from Fuerteventura Airport to the apartment got changed. I quickly had to search online to find airport transfer to Corralejo. Some companies refused to accept my booking due to not giving them advance notice.

Paul from Cheap-taxis.com emailed me back to check if I needed anything as I was having some issues during the online form process.

Myself and Paul were in constant communication via email and Paul quickly found me a taxi driver. The booking was confirmed as my plane was taxing to the runway.

When I arrived to my destination, the taxi driver was ready waiting for me in the arrival area with my name on the board. 😊

We recently used Cheaptaxis for our family transfer in Antalya, and it was an amazing experience! The car was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean—definitely felt like a VIP service. Our driver was so friendly and made sure our family felt safe and relaxed the whole time. The booking process was super easy and everything went smoothly.

We are just back from a week in Majorca (24.8.24) and booked cheap taxis based on the recommendations. The service and communications were excellent. We were an hour delayed coming in, but still there waiting for us. Our resort was an hour away from the airport and pleased we booked the taxi as the 'bus transfer' would have took far longer! Plus cost of the taxi - which was clean and comfortable was only about £15 euros more than the bus transfer cost (worth every penny) particularly as our return was 4.00am on a Saturday morning and the mini bus taxi was there on time. Totally 'hassle free, affordable and efficient service and would recommend to all.

We used Cheap-Taxis this week for transfers from Pisa airport to Florence. Don't be put off by the name 'Cheap'- this does not reflect the service at all;
clean luxury cars (with free sweets!), kind helpful drivers and a really efficient service. and all for more that £100 less than other quotes.
I needed to change the collection time for our return journey and this was requested on a Sunday and answered and sorted out within a couple of hours.
I can't speak highly enough of this service and will definitely be using and recommending them in the future.
