This company is exceptional. was met by our driver Michael at Pisa airport on time, very professional and polite driver in a lovely big, comfortable Mercedes people carrier, got us to our destination quicker than expected. Same for our return journey to Pisa, our driver was 15mins early and again a lovely big Mercedes people carrier. Cannot praise them enough, thank you Cheap Taxis!!

The service provided was second to none. There were 5 adults and 2 infants in our group. The driver was waiting at the airport, had the 2 car seats in place and could not be more helpful. Returning to the airport it was a different driver but again he went over and above helping us and made the transfers a enjoyable experience.

Used this taxi company from the airport to our hotel. It was excellent, the driver asked to take my case going to the taxi. He was very professional and polite. The car was absolutely spotless. Definitely 5 star , this is the first time using this company, but it won't be the last. I will also highly recommend it to family and friends.

This for me was a company I have not used before so I was a little appreciative at the taxi coming however just as told I followed instruction What a weight off my mind there were there and really helpful, I had also booked a return with this company but it didn't ruin my holiday because I now felt confident they would pick me up and they did on time to will I used them again yes the price was good and now I do have trust in them

They didn't pick us up on the agreed time, and we missed our flight!

The taxi didn't show up at our hotel, not even 45 min later than agreed. They stopped replying when they realised they lost track of their taxi driver?? We are travelling with an infant and it has all been very stressfull. The hotel ordered us a taxi from another company. It will be tight to catch our plane.. the reviews here must be fake?

Well, top marks to this company. Cheapest I found with return transfers to Benidorm. On time both ways, courteous drivers and Sent a mini bus just for 4 people with hand luggage. Thankyou.

This is the third time we have used cheap-taxis.com and of the many companies we have used over the years, this is by far the most efficient service. Email contact was good, The instructions for the meet and greet were easy to follow, the drivers were excellent, most helpful with luggage etc. would definitely recommend them and will certainly continue to use them.

I needed a transfer from Milan to Tremezzo. Lake Como, I found Cheap-Taxis on the internet, I was sceptical at first but the service was excellent, only a small deposit is required and you then pay the taxi driver the amount for the whole return journey, the driver could not have been more helpful. On our return journey I had to change the pick-up point by emailing Paul at the company and with no problem it was changed. Also on our return journey we found that the road had been closed due to an accident. again I emailed Paul and he got a new pick up point sorted out very quickly, I had a phone call from the company to confirm where we would meet the taxi and the driver was there on time and as helpful as he was on our first meeting. Great customer service and I would recommend Cheap-Taxis as a great transfer company and would defiantly use again myself.

This is the first time that we’ve ordered a taxi from an airport and we were anxious about which company to use. After visiting a number of websites we decided to try cheap-taxis. We choose the right one! Everything was just as promised on the website. The driver was waiting for us in Malaga arrivals. The car was new and spacious, the driver helpful and courteous. Upon return, he was spot on time at our hotel and even took us to the Special Assistance area. We highly recommend this company and will most certainly use them again.

We have used cheap-taxis several times and every time had quick response from Paul and team to any queries that we had about the service. Vehicles and drivers always good. Our recent Alicante trip the driver showed us his phone with the mapping software and estimated trip time of 23 minutes - tracked it on my phone - spot on. Return trip we had a minibus to ourselves, pick up time as agreed. No stress transfers just right for a couple of oldies!

I was somewhat hesitant to book with this company for our transfer from Fuerteventura airport but I couldn't have been more wrong. Transfers both ways went on time without a hitch. Drivers were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Very reasonable charges much less than competitive companies and only having to book with a small deposit and pay the driver direct was perfect. Would definitely recommend and would use then again.

We booked cheap taxis for a return trip from the airport to our villa in Majorca last week. The service was easy to book on line and Paul was very helpful. I was a bit worried about having to pay cash for the whole trip on the outward journey but there was no need. The taxi was waiting at the airport when we arrived, and the taxi turned up on time for our trip back to the airport. The price was very competitive, and the car was clean and comfortable. I will definitely use this company again when a taxi is required abroad.
