I would put ZERO star if I could.
Booked an airport. They actually sole me a spot that did not exist. Parking was full. I had to stress to find parking, find a very expensive one, and… it gets better, cheap ass airport parking did not reimburse me.
They are a bunch of dishonest thieves.

I purchased 3 parking spots on this site for APEX EWR Airport Parking recently. Upon arriving at the site the attendant asked what type of car I had. I said a Jeep Cherokee Sport at which time he informed me it was going to be an additional charge of $56 for oversized vehicle. He told me that management has the right to do so. What could I do but pay. I called Cheap airport Parking to file a complaint and was told that after you pick a lot and enter your information, you need to check "REVIEW RESERVATION" where it shows additional fees. I feel this is a bait and switch sale. Who checks "REVIEW RESERVATION" when it is clearly right in front of you. The Con#, date, lot name, phone #, address, enter and exit date with times. Everything I put in was there. They should post about additional charges clearly under the per day charge. The customer services rep was not helpful at all. I'll never use this service again. $168 total additional charges !!!

They had us book with Seattle international airport parking - (outdoor self), and it was a parking facility that had been CLOSED DOWN since January of 2025. We didn’t know this until we were driving around looking for the parking place the morning of our flight. 😡
This left us scrambling to book another parking garage last minute for double the price.

Be careful!!! This is a SCAM! Your reservation number means nothing. They are playing on chance. If you show up at the parking lot and there are available spot, you are lucky. And if not, they will simply refund your money. And how can you refund a missed flight and a funeral? How can you refund the stress and pain that you and your loved ones experienced? That's what happened to us. It was just a nightmare! There were no seats anywhere.

I was supposed to have a QR code to enter aloft hotel in queens NY. I had to pay another 105 dollars to park after paying the website 122 dollars. The rate at the lot is cheaper than advertised on the site.

I received a full refund from cheapairportparking.com after emailing them a picture of my receipt. Thank you for rectifying the issue.

We called on the way to airport 35 mins before we arrived as instructed. Arrived at Gatwick South and no-one there to meet us. Called them 6 times and waited a further 30+ mins until we were in danger of missing our flight. We were told to leave the key on one of the tyres and just leave it there. Refused to do that. Eventually someone arrived - with no documentation and no proof they worked for this firm. Had no option but to trust them and hand the key over.

Upon returning last night late at night, we called them when we had our luggage and were told it would be 45 mins. We did some M&S shopping to kill time, then waited in Orange carpark L4 as instructed. After 45 mins we called again and were told to wait a further 15 mins. It was now gone midnight. About 6 more calls and many texts, the car arrived, approx 1 hour 20 mins after the initial call.

I'd never use these people again and would advise anyone to steer clear.

The whole point of a meet & greet is to save time and make the whole process easier. The opposite is true of this firm, AVOID.

They don’t have any connection with the airport they just sell their parking spaces without giving them a cut

Generally, I don't have an issue with this service - I've used it for years to find parking near LAX. Recently, my flight home was delayed and rerouted, and I got in about 5-6 hours later than expected. Then, even though it didn't cause me to be there an extra day, I was not charged for an extra day or half day, which I would have accepted since I was late, but they charged me the hotels ridiculous hourly parking rate so my 6 hours cost over half of what my week cost. Then when I contacted them, they said I had to contact the hotel, and I have tried several times and gotten transferred to parking where it rings until they hang up on my. This is the LAX Marriott. So not so much an issue with Cheap Airport Parking, but that they aren't helping me get this money back, isn't a great look.

I had an issue with a credit but they fixed it. The hotel I used stopped shuttling after a certain hour so if you have a flight delay you may need to find a way back to your car but that wasn't C.A.P fault.

Reserved Parking for BWI. Upon arrival discovered this lot to be defunct as well as the phone number given. My attempt to cancel online stated a partial refund due to my reservation time already starting. After scrambling to get to a different parking option at the airport, my parking cost $46 more. CheapAirportParking.orgs response to my request for refund is below.

My updated response:
The charge back stated that I would receive a partial refund due to cancellation after the reservation period began at a lot that doesn't provide parking or shuttle service. I have not received notification verifying that request has been received. What do I need to do to receive my full refund. I have not asked for the difference I had to pay to park elsewhere due to this being a last minute discovery. So, the full refund should be a minimally honored request.

This email conversation occured 2 days ago. I have not received a reply.

The parking reviews aggregated on this site are fake. They put us in a lot with a 5-star on their site and a 2.5 star on Google maps. There was one pickup bus in 45-minutes and it was supposed to come every 10-minutes. The lot they put us in was completely sold out and double parked. If they showed honest reviews on their site, we would’ve gotten a better lot. Not recommended, just search Google maps instead for a high rated parking lot.

Horrible. Don't use it. They don't answer the phone. Their website stated they will shuttle you to and from the airport. They don't. I almost thought my car was stolen because no one heard of them when I was stranded at the airport for 3 hours. I had to pay $21 to go 4 blocks. Never again!

CheapAirportParking.org: A Total Scam – Stay Away!

If I could give zero stars, I would. CheapAirportParking.org is a complete bait-and-switch operation designed to squeeze every penny out of unsuspecting travelers.

First, they refused to refund my unused parking credit, even though I never used the service. Instead, they wanted me to pay AGAIN to even be eligible for a so-called “refund”—of course, minus some mystery fees they conveniently never mentioned upfront.

Then comes the nightmare at the parking lot itself. Upon arrival, I was met with additional, arbitrary charges because the lot felt like making up new rules on the spot. Oh, and forget about using a credit card unless you enjoy paying an insane 30% extra fee. But wait, it gets worse—if you don’t have cash, you’re basically out of luck.

This company is running an outright scam, preying on travelers who are in a rush and have no choice but to pay whatever ridiculous fees they demand. Avoid CheapAirportParking.org at all costs! You’re better off paying a little more elsewhere than getting sucked into this deceptive, money-grabbing trap.

They maybe a bit cheaper but I was asked on arrival for another £30 as my van that is the same size as a car would cost more ? They knew what the vehicle was when I booked it and it takes up the same room as a car . Therefore costing £15 more than the other Car parks . A bit of dodgy goings on .

IF I COULD PAY TO LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD – AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I am not someone who goes out of their way to leave reviews following bad experiences, but I feel an obligation to warn others about the disgraceful service provided by Airport Cheap Parking LTD. This company is a complete scam and should be avoided at all costs.
1. DISORGANIZED FROM THE START: Despite following their instructions and contacting them well in advance, as stated in their emails, when I arrived on the day of my flight (7th September), the entire operation was chaos. They were completely disorganized, and I ended up very late to the airport, nearly missing my flight. The stress they caused me is unforgivable.
2. PARKING FINE WHILE IN THEIR CARE: While I was on holiday (7th–15th September), I received a parking fine issued on the 8th of September – when my car was supposed to be in their care. I contacted them immediately, and they assured me over the phone that they would handle it. They even asked me to WhatsApp the fine to them. Foolishly, I trusted them.
3. NO COMMUNICATION AND AVOIDING ACCOUNTABILITY: Since then, I’ve had to chase them repeatedly for confirmation that the fine was resolved. I emailed them on 16th September and followed up numerous times, but they completely ignored me. When I tried calling, they hung up on me and have since stopped answering my calls entirely. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking.
4. LEFT ME WAITING IN THE COLD: When I returned from my holiday, they were late again, leaving me waiting outside in the cold for an unacceptably long time. No communication, no apology – just more proof of their utter incompetence.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They lure you in with empty promises, take your money, and then fail to deliver even the most basic level of service. Their lack of organization, communication, and accountability makes me question if this company is legitimate at all.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY FAR AWAY FROM AIRPORT CHEAP PARKING LTD. If I could leave negative stars, I absolutely would. This company deserves nothing but to go out of business for how they treat their customers. I am now considering legal action to resolve the parking fine they promised to handle and never did.

Awful! Said they didn't have my reservation so I booked again and now doubled!
I then cancelled because the fine print says they charge extra per day for an SUV - outdoor parking!

Total scam!!! Paid for five days parking in a motel 6 parking lot and they ended up not having a contract or the promised shuttle. Total rip off.

Ended up double paying because there was nothing to scan in my email. Reached out to Cheap Airport Parking via email and of course got no response. It’s like a third party platform. Don’t use it. Just go directly to the company you want to use.

I booked at Regal Philly Parking and when my flight was delayed by five hours and I had to cancel the reservation, they were very accommodating and gave me a full refund even though it was outside of their 24-hour cancellation policy. When I rebooked, there were no issues finalizing the reservation with the Regal Philly Parking Lot. 10/10 I would recommend them.

Worst parking ever, save your money, had reservation, upon arrival was turned away by a very rude woman, why make reservations if they are not available, had to scramble to find parking elsewhere, will never use them again nor will anyone from my company.
