A complete bait and switch. Paid for a pair of tickets at a reasonable price. The day after paying and booking, I received emails and phone calls to contact them. One leg of my flight was overbooked and asked if I would I like to purchase another flight for way more money. Sounded like a complet scam to me. I was refused a refund.

I purchased tickets for Delta airlines. Gary called an hour later to tell me we were on standby for our flight. The ticket price almost doubled with Delta. I asked to cancel the whole thing and was told I can not cancel and get a refund. He suggested an American flight that was $40 cheaper than the Delta he was attempting to put me on since the original was not available. I literally had not purchased the tickets an hour before and was told I could not cancel. THIS is switch and bait! I am paying double the original advertised price and I feel that since the original flight was unavailable and it was determined within an hour, I should not be stuck with either forfeiting my money to cancel or paying double from the original amount. NOT COOL!

SCAM!!! CheapDealsFare, called after the online booking and said we had to rebook and pay over 3x the amount of the initial booking. Later, the airline called us directly and said there were 4 charges for the same amount for the same exact flight under 4 different email addresses with my name. Was told they will book extra flights and then cash in with others using the extra flights that were booked as duplicates.

They would get a zero if it were an option! We booked tickets to Baltimore to see our son for Christmas. We booked our flights through Cheapdealsfare for an outstanding price. Then the whole thing went south. I was called by a representative that said our flight did not include any bags, seat selection or flight changes. NO where on their sight did it state these things were not available. To get these things, it costs us an additional $400! Which at that point we could have booked directly through the airline. I will not ever do business with this company again and I urge you to beware!

Katherine Klein provided excellent service for booking a flight for three adults from Seattle to Halifax. Two of the passengers are well over 6 feet so extra legroom was important for the long flight, and Katherine worked hard with the airline and with us to guarantee this was provided in our reservation. In addition, I was calling from a remote location while traveling and the calls occasionally dropped and the WiFi was slow. Katherine found ways to deal with these interruptions to make the booking process go easier.

Better in booking you do your reservation online. They send you receipt but then doesn't give you your information for when you get to the airport your boarding pass.. I literally in the airport and did not have a ticket to board my plane or boarding pass. Attendant took my information but nothing was found or book under my name for my ticket nowhere in the system as if flight was ever booked
To make matters worse they say they 24 hours and I called all morning trying to get somebody on the phone so the matter could get situated and see where the ball was dropped. Nobody answered my phone call, live chat or email very unprofessional.I get phone call after 10 basically saying they're going to charge me anyway and that was my fault because I didn't answer the phone. I said I was supposed to been boarding my plane at 7: 10am. Why are y'all just now calling me with booking info now at 10

I originally booked a flight with with United Airlines only to find out thst I was on Standby for the flight, I contacted the number and Dustin Henderson was very helpful and pleasant unlike the other agent I dealt with earlier.
