Avoid this company at all costs

I purchased three electric roller blinds. The sizing of was poor, the wrong remote was sent, instructions weren't included, and two of the three blinds don't work properly. The remote was replaced fairly quickly, but several weeks of emails regarding the faulty blinds have gone unanswered. Their phone line appears to just be a recorded messaged directing people to email, with emails being largely ignored.

I wish I'd read these reviews before making a purchase. IGNORE AT ALL COSTS.

Excellent products, service and price

Excellent products and service. Product is top quality and they really are the cheapest ! Communication brilliant too with quick despatch. Looking for an alternative product I needed samples and a quick email resulted in free samples within 48hrs ! So impressed have just ordered from this company again with faultless communication ...can't wait to receive my new blind ! 10/10

Terrible service – incorrect order and zero communication

I recently purchased blinds from this company and the whole experience was a nightmare. The blinds arrived with the wrong measurements and were missing the correct fittings. I emailed them several times asking for the replacement parts, but I never received a single reply. Their customer service is absolutely non-existent.

Thankfully, I paid through PayPal and was able to get a full refund, but I shouldn’t have had to go through all that hassle in the first place. I would not recommend this company at all. Completely incompetent and they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Faulty Products & Zero Comms phone or email

We have had several faulty solar blinds, another one had failed. We’ve tried countless times over the last month via phone and email. Not a single reply to arrange replacement which is within warranty. Now we bought a replacment, waited for 3 weeks to arrive, to only arrive we completely the wrong blind. This is incompetence at its highest order. The company is not fit to serve its consumers.it exploits them for very little in return.

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service

We have 3 solar powered velux blinds. 2 already have broken within the 3 year warranty and now another.

I have sent 3 emails trying to contact them to arrange replacement - no acknowledgment or reply. Can’t speak to anyone on the phone and it says to email / raise a ticket online - which isn’t replied to.

Useless and would avoid!

Dreadful

Dreadful! Ordered replacement slats for a vertical blind. Had to give the length of the rail NOT the number of slats - was assured I would get the correct number. Oh no, two slats missing! I was told I would have to re-order at my cost (plus delivery!) due to THEIR incompetence. Funny how I got more weights than I needed - seems the staff learnt to count with Diane Abbot!

AVOID AVOID AVOID - WARNING!!!

Horrendous customer service! Blinds delivered after nine weeks of chasing! Stated two weeks from order on website! Dont reply to emails, dont answer the phone! Blinds broke after 2 weeks, replaced after weeks of unable to contact! Replacements failed! After months of being unable to contact, we took small claims court action and they refunded. This are the worst conpany I have ever used. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I have ordered and paid for two blinds today. My husband then found loads of bad reviews (amongst some good ones) so now I am worried. Is it too late to cancel my order or can you give me some reassurance that I have not been done up like a kipper please?

Terrible!!

Now operating under the name Cheapest Blinds and Interiors, this company has declined to replace my damaged blind, which goes against my consumer rights and their advertised 3-year guarantee on all products. Despite reaching out via their website and sending several emails, my messages have gone unanswered. This seems to be a recurring issue with them. I am now having to involve trading standards after providing them with sufficient chances to put things right.

Perfect fit, look great.

Blinds arrived today, 2 weeks after ordering. This was timescale given as were made to measure and slightly different sizes.
Perfect fit and look really good.
Well worth the money over the faux wood stuff, will be ordering more.

Silence .. doesn't respond to emails or answer the phone

I received two blinds nearly 3 years ago .. velux style blinds that were powered. I was very pleased with them although rarely used them. One broke recently and is unusable. I have sent two messages through the company's website and 3 emails over the past two weeks. I have received no acknowledgement or reply. I hope that they are ok, but this is so poor and I need my blind restored whilst still under guarantee. So sad as I hate to write bad things about a company I had respected.

Ordered 8 blinds very happy until I fitted the last and smallest was a slit in tape sent pictures and all information requested not offered replacement I felt accused of damaging blind
Then realised the blind wasn’t even the size I ordered was 25cm too long despite being told it had been inspected and photographed

I wish I had read the poor reviews on here before ordering.

I wanted a blind made to specific sizes, slightly differently from how they would make it as standard to fit an existing fitting I have. I emailed in advance to check this would be OK before placing an order. They said it would be fine, that I just had to write a message in the notes when I placed my order then email them my order number and they would make sure it was all done OK.

When it arrived, the size was incorrect. I stupidly thought if I messaged them they would send a replacement, but how wrong could I be!

They basically said that the error is within their tolerance and it is near enough, so I just need to make it work and they won’t replace it. Even though I have explained that it doesn't fit my window and therefore I cannot use it. I have been messaging them back and forth for weeks and now they are ignoring my messages completely.

Shocking customer service on all counts. I have never dealt with a company like this that is so unwilling to resolve an issue for a customer, especially when it is their fault. It feels actually like entrapment as they were willing to tell me what I wanted to hear to get the sale then once they had the money they just made it how they would usually, completely ignoring my specifications and it was my hard luck that it wasn’t correct.

I would strongly advise people to order from another company instead as if you have any issues, it is very unlikely that these guys will resolve them for you. It’s pretty much take the money and run I reckon.

I ordered blinds, they arrived with very poor quality. They even sent a replacement which was the wrong size. Had enough so sent the blinds back (at my expense)
They now have the blinds and our money. They are not giving me a refund.
They are ignoring my emails.

This has been going on for over 6 months.

Don't hesitate to order based on the reviews

I cannot recommend this company enough, everything from order to delivery was brilliant & so easy, great communication too. I read the reviews & hesitated a little but I decided to go for it I ordered a 340cm headrail for a vertical blind in my conservatory as one of the runners had broken, I ordered on 01/04/25 I got confirmation email straight away, the next contact on 06/04/25 was a text from the delivery company to say my order would be delivered on 08/04/25. and an email from Cheapestblinds.com with the same details, then it was delivered today as stated, it was well packed in a cardboard tube & fastened to a long plank of wood with tie wraps. The headrail was less than half price including delivery cost of other companies. I have put the headrail up it is exactly the same as the one it was replacing & works perfect.
