I have only had the parts on my Hummer…
I have only had the parts on my Hummer for a few months but so far so good. Definitely saved on what the local GM dealer wanted. Buyer beware of cheap aftermarket parts. I got a power steering pump that leaked from day one. Had to use it as a core to get a new one so no refund. Also, it is my understanding that MOOG got bought out by some Chinese outfit. My buddy replaced a bunch of suspension parts and they wore out in six months. I'm sticking with CheapestGMParts. I've had good luck with RockAutoParts too.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! I ordered a oil dipstick. I have the original one. The one they sent was an inch too long. They refused to admit that what they sent was not correct. They refused to refund my purchase. They overcharged for shipping. I got my money back by filing a claim though PayPal. If not for PayPal, CheapestGMParts would have ripped me off. The customer service rep was rude.

Hello, we do not agree that you received horrible customer service, however everyone can interpret good or bad customer service in their own way. As stated in previous email exchanges, GM had two different options per your VIN for the dipstick, and you received the part you ordered. We did try to work with you to exchange out the part for the other part, but you did not like this option after agreeing to it. We did not rip you off, and it is unfortunate that you feel this way. front bumpe cover 2017 Cruze.
I had my 2017 Chevy Cruze get backed into in parking lot. Only 4367 miles on it. The dealer wanted l most $500 just for the part. Front bumper cover. These guys were $374 and that included a #75 core charge. It is a GM part, same number. And it was free shipping. I'd sure give them a try. Everybody has to make a profit, to stay in business. It just plain and simply feels good to get a deal. Thanks.
