100% satisfied

I was told by my trusted mechanic to only order GM front hubs for my 2008 Express. I shopped locally but the price difference was staggering. I ordered from CheapestGMPartsnow and I am 100% satisfied with my experience. I will certainly order more GM only parts if the need arrives.

I emailed to see if they had a speaker…

I emailed to see if they had a speaker grill cover for my Escalade. I received a return email with a link to the part they claimed I needed. It did not look like the part I needed, so I emailed back and included a photo of the part I needed. They responded, telling me that their online pictures are "generic" and assured me that it was the correct part. I ordered the part. When it arrived, it was not the part I needed. I paid $84 for the part and shipping, and they would only refund me $49, even though they are the ones that shipped a part that did not match the photo. They said I was not entitled to a full refund, because their "computer system said it was the right part." Fortunately, I paid with Paypay. I disputed the charges, and Paypal decided in my favor.

online gm parts buyer

good discount, good service. order form is easy, requires vin number to make sure the part fits your truck. no problems yet. order from them before and the parts were gm parts.

Turnaround time for shipment & accuracy…

Turnaround time for shipment & accuracy of order were fine. Only issue was that one of my Push Rod Guides Item# 12595365 was cracked/broken during the packing/shipping process. I ended up having to buy one from a local dealer at full retail to keep my schedule.
