I'm really puzzled how Cheapfaremart website got such a high rating on Trustpilot. My first use of this service will definitely be the last.
I've found Cheapfaremart through Momondo aggregator. I've been using Momondo for years. Momondo shows the cheapest fares on various discounted fare websites according to customer's search criteria. Through the years, Momondo redirected me to many various diacounted fare websites, and all those websites always worked like a clock...until I was redirected to Cheapfaremart...
I've chosen Cheapfaremart because it had the cheapest price of all websites listed by Momondo for the itenerary I needed.
I purchased my fare on Cheapfaremart for $1060 and received an email from Cheapfaremart that reservation was successful and I would be receiving another email with airline ticket number shortly. But no ticket email was coming.
Usually it takes other fare websites a couple of minutes to get a confirmation from airline. But with Cheapfaremart, almost an hour has passed, and ticket email was still not coming. I finally decided to call them because I needed to book a regional connecting flight before it was sold out but I needed to make sure my first flight was confirmed before doing that.
Turned out that my reservation didn't go through, because the actual airline price was bigger.
First of all, I've never seen a website that sells a fare without checking it with the airline first. And second, Cheapfaremart didn't even notify me about purchase failure and left me waiting for that promised airline confirmation email in vain until I finally decided to call them.
The agent said that the new price was $1299. While still on the phone, I went directly to that airline website. Turned out that the airline itself was selling this ticket for $1198. I asked the agent why their website is called Cheapfaremart if they are selling the ticket more expensive than not only other websites aggregated by Momondo, but also more expensive than the airline itself. He started assuring me that if I attempted to actually purchase them, none of those fares would go through. I knew that this was nonsense, because I purchased countless times through other websites listed by Momondo. The fare they were showing could change only by a few dollars, and there would be a notification about this before you complete your booking.
I've also purchased directly on that airline countless times. The price that was listed upfront on its website never changed during booking. It was clear that the agent was not knowledgeable. I decided not to waste time, asked to refund my reservation and went back to Momondo. This time I chose the second cheapest website on Momondo. That website listed this fare for $1122. During booking, this website showed a message that the price changed by $10 and asked if I still want to proceed. I agreed and successfully booked my ticket for $1132.
It was funny how Cheapfaremart agent was assuring me that $1299 is the smallest price possible on the market, while I booked it for $1132. To be fair, I'd like to mention that this agent was polite and seemed genuinely sorry for my experience.
I think Cheapfaremart should be renamed into ExpensiveFareMart. And it's obvious that its booking process is completely messed up.
I will never use CheapFareMart again.

False advertisement. The publish low fares, then call you and raise the price. Do not book with them. They are scammers.

I appreciated how Robert laid out three fare choices with pros/cons (price vs. layover vs. change fees). He handled my multi-city routing without fuss. One suggestion: include a simple fee breakdown and a link to baggage policies in the first email.

Robert was quick to respond and found a lower fare than I’d seen elsewhere for my Europe trip. He clearly explained baggage rules and layover times. When the airline changed schedules, he followed up with options the same day. Smooth experience.
