Do not trust them they will steal your money and tell you they can not be held accountable for anything sold on the site also do not get the insurance because it’s probably owned by the same ppl and they give you the same answer not their problem also you have to file all the paperwork online through a third-party site and give them all of your information to get them to refund it onto your credit card which I would definitely not do and then they tell you they have 200 days to give you a response or refund your money do not waste your time with this air line company

I believed the cheap flight was the cheapest, so I bought the plane ticket, but later found out that I paid almost 4 times more the price compared to the original airline. Also It is not easy to cancel and change date.I have decided never to buy a plane ticket through this site in the future. Don’t trust this web pages.

How come all the company phone numbers isn't working online....I have rang every business numbers on those websites & not 1 of them listed ring at all, All i get is this number isn't connected just like the rest of these phone numbers...
I spent half a day searching for all these flight ticket company phone numbers & got nothing and all I am asking to double check if my flight is right because I have never flight out of Australia before and all I wanna do is make sure I am going to the Philippines country & I can even get a simple answer....?
Lack of communication for the customers..
Am I going to get any reply from the airport because this is really starting to get on my nerves about this booking just for a simple answer..

Highly recommend
I have used Cheapflights a few times now and find the site easy to navigate and an excellent experience. The variety of flight prices and terms are extensive ( greater than other sites ) and it clearly shows travel times to allow you to see the best flight for your budget, time and other needs.

last year I was caught up after booking flights to Singapore with Best Jet.com.au, and if it wasn't for using my Visa Card I would have lost $1300. After that issue, I will now only book direct with the airline that is taking me to my destination
